Really folks. I think haircuts and colours are the least of our worries. Pilgrim you would rock silver hair!
Haha for me I just feel very uncomfortable with the though of attempting it, especially with the very limited supplies we have for that type of thing.
Chemguy could technically go for a haircut now, as there is no legal restriction on that yet.

Report from a German physician team who checked the way corona now has to be handled in Strasbourg, France.
Health personal who has covid themselves keeps working and only gets a few days off if they have symptoms.
On the day they visited, one patient who needed a ventilator was admitted each hour. So the consequence was:
Nobody over 80 gets a ventilator, but palliative support with sedatives.
Cancer, fractures and other operations were canceled, heart surgery was only done one surgery a day.
Any patient who could somehow mobilize, was discharged home.

But- Rita still likes to believe it is all a matter of air quality and a big international conspiracy.

How would you define the word believe?

Thinking critically involves seeing things in an open-minded way and examining an idea or concept from as many angles as possible.

Mr Northwind tried to get a haircut the other day. They were only taking appointments. He figured he'd try later. Now the province has shut down hair salons so I'll see him as a long haired hippy freak.

Haha I do not want to see Chemguy as a long haired hippy freak. He's not getting a 'real' haircut as it's pretty close to someone who would be getting pretty close to a lot of people. We shall see what I'm capable of managing. For now it's still short enough. We don't even have decent hair cutting scissors and with what I expect of my skills I don't really see the point of purchasing any. Besides, if I don't order any we can both blame the scissors :)

This is a classic example of how emotion outweighs logic and common-sense in my life.....

For generations the women in my family resisted grey hair. I understand my great-grandmother wore a wig. So did my Nana. Mum had her hair coloured until she was ninety. The wrinkles I can cope with - they're just dried up river beds of old smiles, and I've been a smiler all my life!

punk rock your way through the COVID crisis. (I might take my own advice, actually!)
Buy some temporary wash out colour and go fuscia or purple. Now would be the perfect time to try it!

Pork bellied politics is also a bristly concern ... I see ministerial poaching!

A big iron caldron is good before shaving theo d'm thing ...

Yes, I agree. Yesterday I was VERY pointed about a version of this. A snowbird was whining because he wasn't supposed to go into any stores or public places on his way home in his great big RV. How was the poor baby going to get supplies for wen he arrived at his home???

Simple. Ask the person who has the key to your house to get your groceries, or phone a local store and ask them to deliver on a particular day, check locally for the volunteers who are giving this service. Here you can order from a store, phone one of the service club members, or one of several congregations.

The same person also whined because he planned to stop overnight at a Walmart or somewhere and was told there was now a small fee for that service. My heart broke for him - a camper that cost about $100,000 and he felt too poor to pay for parking!!

In the world of powers ... are there such of these types that hald the attitude: "you're not going to tell me anything" even if they do not say it explicitly!

If you read into their personality ... you see where reflection and reality peel off ... tis peculiar state to say the least about this conflicting condition ... in situ?

Is it a mental position ... raising questions about the domain if there is no psyche! Hints strongly of lost sol syndrome ...

I'm watching a press conference - Ford (Ontario) just said they will be 'going after' any person or business who is price gouging/profiteering from the current crisis.

I agree. He's a baby. I'm glad Walmart is charging a small fee. That will presumably help them monitor the situation and hopefully prevent people from entering the store. I'm guessing they also have some sort of process where people can order things from the store and have them brought out to them. Many businesses are doing that

I have a few friends who have returned from the US or other places sooner than planned. They have all had friends bring them what they need. It's not hard to arrange.

I have been shocked to have been finding myself being impressed by some of how Ford is handling this. Shocking......and yes, my temperature is fine.

Trudeau/ Freeland are in talks to keep Trump from putting US troops on the Canada/ US border.

That's good.

That is the strangest thing. We need to keep Americans out. Not the other way around

Amen!
