There is an old definition that relates "ego" to cognizance, sapience, etc.

This get funny when people with little awareness beyond themselves believe they know all they need for their limited concerns ... these may prove narcissistic and related to paranoid schizophrenia (a fear that scares the crap out of powers when presented with things previously unknown).

Does this leave mental space for consideration of an mind absent in much info and intelligence ... and a potential of losing what you possess at present? Is a devoid mentality ... parallel to an unknown psyche ... or an abstract mind (where a person could reach out to draw on what's beyond them)?

This may be too much for some on a rigid spot to get to in short order ... inserts complexity like quantum particles in deep space ... causing some dssss'n! It resembles abstract and imaginary insubstance as autonomous ... kind've out there for the mob mentality kept in the dark by some leaders ... expect such alien agendas from these folk ... it adds to the ongoing myths!

I find the conversation about expected spread interesting. These days I am in the ICU daily with Matthew. He is still on a ventilator.

He has been moved twice in the last couple of days as the ICU is repeatedly configured. There are now several positive and presumptive ICU patients with COVID. Our meeting with the doctor was delayed because he was intubating one. During our chat he got a "positive" and a "negative" result for other patients.

At the moment it is still business as usual - meaning that if you need a ventilator you get one. There has been no triaging based on survivability. The doc admitted that he hopes we never get there. But the reason Matthew has a ventilator is because people are staying home when they can.

A local restaurant is offering the option to purchase an extra meal for homeless/ needy with their delivery order. That's a good idea, and I hope they are following through. I don't know if it's some standard issue meal they are making in batches, or if people get to choose their free meal from the menu - an item of the same price as other meals ordered. It'd be nicer if they just gave some food away. This place has had a busy, profitable, business downtown for about 30 yrs.
 
A coworker went to Costco and picked up some items for me, too. She said she never felt so safe- appearently they have constructed a one way lane through the store, letting people go with distance in between.

Just in case anyone needs another wake up call about COVID 19:

If you or your spouse or even your child has to be sent to intensive care for this virus and be put on life support, you will not be going with them in the ambulance or allowed to visit. So think about that if you're questioning the social distancing and isolation.
This is happening in Italy and other countries.

Classic hoarder. :mad: He wants to gut the health system, probably so he and his cronies can make more money. I'm hoping that one of the good things that come from this is that politicians like Kenney rethink their health care plans.

You show your loss of mediocracy! Imagine cracy NU's like that that could be condemning to a rich personality development as they loose something to the state of the unknowns ...

There potentially are people that could lose all potential thought process in situ ...

It has nothing to do with being Canadian.

As a 'global citizen' ... do you think it is a good thing?

Global 'predators' (professional politicians) getting rich while producing nothing of value for the common good - as a citizen of the world - I call them predators.

Hoarders is too polite (Canadian?).
