Oh our vegetariarian Indian food was higher in carbs but no it's all the extra snacks available in Canada! It's so easy to let it creep up!
 
I try and eat large portions ... just to satisfy the underground critters when I reach that Lo' point ... always be good to the successors .. part of an old Golden Rule ... an edict! Especially for the nema todes ... when they say: "I tode yah so!" Then IT come to them ...
 
My biggest struggle right now is not snacking after dinner. I know that I'm not hungry in the evening... but I like to snack on chips or candy while I'm watching Netflix or reading. I'm trying to switch to pickles and peanuts - lower calorie snacks with a little more substance - but I know that I need to stop eating all together after 8:00.
 
Whereas I normally get hungry later in the evening, usually toward 9 or 9:30 so have to have a bedtime snack. I try to stick to fairly healthy stuff (nuts and vegetable-based snacks), though. No candy for me and I'm trying to shy away from chips, too.
 
Went back to counting calories again using MyFtnssPl. That was about a week ago.

Just began (literally started yesterday) to eat more vegan-style.
 
Hovering around 191 these days, a marked improvement over last year. Would still like to get below 190 but this is progress.
 
At 210 ... I feel so much better than at 135 ... sick and not much but a rack of bones ... and yet I was told there was nothing wrong ... reassuring!

Some things just can't be told face it ...
 
Excellent. Keep at it brother. My goal is to get to 165.

Sounds like a well-rounded state ... presently situated ... some say oriented by now poor expression ... I think the easterners were more philosophical that western far out emotional-isms ... sometimes called "ology" (in singular from)!

An open mind is good for reception ... initiated by a stab of heart ...
