Also, thinking of my employee and his partner, who was admitted to hospital today. They are a nice young couple and it's sad to see them facing a crisis just after moving in together.

Hopefully she? will recover from whatever caused her to be admitted.

At the end of the day rooibos is the best option. No caffeine.

I'm fairly tolerant of caffeine so that's not generally a concern. I try to stick to rooiboses, herbals, or green teas late in the day, though, just to be safe (and because I like them).

For late in the day I avoid caffeine. I find it interferes with my sleep. Fine for the morning!

I guess I drink so much caffeine that it doesn't bother me any time of the day. As one of my profesors says, "Ministry runs on coffee."

Caffeine can really screw up the relationship between emotions and intelligent followings ... and the receiver gets that sensation of touché ... and gets very touchy about not knowing much! Then touché is like a sting process to the emotional (i.e. spiritual person that took off and left the SOL behind as learned chit) ... virtue of cookies? Thye never really grasp the point of myth ...

I tis said that the SOL love s a good myth as the only route of learning ... some would rather know and react spiritually (i.e. emotionally and opinionated)! These chitty words I sacrifice to the dense spot in the philistine ... Jae Sous?

Anybody hear Harold Cox today on CBC ... it regarded de itty (deity) of the marketplace that creeps up on many people who do not question the advertising info out there ... in the marketplace of the medium (psyche) things are reciprocal! Upsetting the spiritual as shadow of doubt in SOL! Tis an eLLe of a topic ... in Ka el tic fashion of bugs out there ... haunting capitalists! Thye fear the means ... even by which they operate!

NB ... Harold Cox is the professor of Divinity at Harvard ... many Fundy tildes wouldn't even listen as they lean towards emotional capitalism ...

I'm not caffeine dependent, so that may be why. It's amazing the number of people who go through withdrawals if they don't get it one day!

Some even recess from wisdom and knowledge ... the point of epistemology mist them ... thus that cloudy appearance? Kind' a raises questions and Thomas ...

You only need to drink two coffees in a morning for a few months for most people to get a caffeine withdrawal headache from missing one day.

I don't drink coffee after noon any day, as it prevents me from sleeping. However, I can drink black tea right up until bed time to no effect, so it's not just the caffeine at work.

I don't drink coffee at all.

I don't drink coffee at all either. My Mr drank an average amount and had been dependant for many years. About a month ago, he quit cold turkey (he also quit coffee ;)). After a few days of withdrawals, headaches, heart palpitations, etc... he's completely fine now and doesn't need or want any. It was quite a jolt the first time he had a Coke though.

Hope I didn't disturb anybody as I stumbled in and fell onto the couch by the Wonderfire. I've been outside all day and I'm pleasantly tired out. Went with a group of friends into the northern boreal forest to take photos, do sketches, eat, laugh, share, walk along trails, watch the ruffed grouse and squirrels etc. The grey jays were delighted to see us and nearly mobbed us when they saw the food coming out of the backs of the cars. It was bright and sunny all day too with a brisk and cold wind . On the way home I realised from the sensations on my face that it would have been a good idea to smear on some sunscreen - but I didn't even think of it. Apparently nor did anyone else!

We agreed to avoid the subject of the latest version of Agent Orange.

Just reading some Cohen and thinking of all the joy and beauty he has given the world. For those who haven't heard, he passed away today. There is a tribute started in Pop & Chips.

Today was my 1yr checkup post treatment. My checkup was good, and I graduate to 4mth checks.
The next paragraph may be TMI:
For women you will understand there is a certain irony that due to a lack of cervical examinations, I have had as many exams in the last year as many people have in a quarter of a century....and my rate will continue to be high. sigh. On the plus side, I happen to be getting them from experts in their field.

My days seem packed these days, with great variety: shopping for clothes for the new contract, bible study, visting with friend, working on items related to Five Oaks, supporting my sister. Busy times, but, it feels good.

Kay, I love your travel, and am thankful that the couch is a good place to flop!
