I don't drink coffee at all.You only need to drink two coffees in a morning for a few months for most people to get a caffeine withdrawal headache from missing one day.
I don't drink coffee after noon any day, as it prevents me from sleeping. However, I can drink black tea right up until bed time to no effect, so it's not just the caffeine at work.
