Oh, dear. *Bette, finally pretty well, thinking of tomato plants, does a virtual Sickness Santa run to all of those WC2ers needing care - green tea, various herbal teas, local wildflower honey, organic lemons, various tinctures, pain salves, afghans, hot water bottles, etc.*

If you're not sick, I'm experimenting with scones, having created a litre of sour milk. The cheese and walnut ones are particularly nice.

And where do you live....? BettetheRed, wherever you are, it sounds like a wonderful place to visit! But I'll accept the virtual at the moment.

Tomato plants are rich in compounds that can raise histamines in some people like my spouse ...

Thus bode an reaction ... to salicylates ... complexes in de willow tree ... archaic wisdom or just*ly aboriginal thought?

Would those denying alchemy be devoid of this relationship? There are those that relate to little ... and those that relate to nothing ... total abstinence? As such they withdraw or recede with undesired information from those at the peak of Pete' Prin.

Kinda like A'Muses in the face of wild hostile emotions?

When venting do it with fuzziness ... dust bunny around with weirs prose or outright chaotic po' ethics ... they can melt down into dark poles of polity! Few can practice accrued constructs though without good understanding of alien text ... breed of satyr!

King James labeled it a devilish tongue that without the "g" simulates a don*ue ... and thus done ... is you can get over the loss of King James' way of expressing his illiteracy through a medium ... a bunch of confined monks? They were limited by King J' aimes' Roués ...

Flowering naïveté unless we alter our way of conceiving what is relayed to us blindly ... without testing ... one should ask what is a Brig. aD Eire ... but a temporal power tempo*rarily oral until he Luces ID ...

A couple of interesting experiences in our household recently -

The evening we came home from the hospital afteer Seeleerman's operation for gall-bladder. I unlocked the side door (by the driveway) and went in first. Surprise - the kitchen was not as we had left it that morning. Near the patio door the folding step stool had been knocked over, the wicker basket that I keep potatoes in upset, a long 'reacher' stick laying in the middle of the floor. My immediate thought was that someone had broken in the patio door. Cautioning Seelerman to stay back, I avoided touching anything as I checked the door. The dead-bolt was still locked. We listened. Then tip-toed about. Nothing else seemed to be disturbed: TV, computer, small amount of money, prescription drugs. Nothing touched. Weird!
Seelerman was first to remember. The Roomba robot we got for Christmas. He had experimented with setting the timer. Roomba had cleaned in our absence and knocked over a few things she bumped into.

Seelerman has recovered nicely from his surgery. We had a snow storm Friday and he used the blower to clean the driveway. I went out to clean off the car. When we tried to get back into the house - the door-knob fell off in our hands. Stuck it back in - couldn't get it to connect with the latch. We had to wade through the snow, up onto the deck, and come in through the patio door. Luckily I had my keys in my pocket. We need a new knob & latch for the side door.

All is well with Seelerman and me.

A haunting room bote or just something else that we don't under stand like the non-essence of mine de queerest thingy ...

Is that metaphorically Gae ... or just a Luce ND giggle?

ah seeler the adventures! Glad all is well. The roomba story is funny!

I'm still here with the blowing fans going. I now unplug them for the 15 minutes I'm in the kitchen each time. Sure hope they are removed on Tues.

and it's family day weekend so Mon. is a day off work for me.
I appreciate 3 day weekends.

LOL at the roomba story Seeler! Still giving me a chuckle. Glad to hear Seelerman is recovering well.

Long weekend - hopefully drying out Tabitha!

Weather is mild here - amazingly so. Went to a funeral for a friend's dad yesterday - out of town, but enjoyed the ride with another friend in her precious new Jeep. After the reception, we went off to a country potter, then next stop was a conservation area near Hamilton to walk in the woods to two waterfalls. There we encountered emergency crews - just about to begin a ropes rescue down the side of the gorge to rescue a couple of people. It's apparently a rather common occurrence on this trail. Turned out to be too muddy to trek over to the second waterfall, so we just ventured off on the country roads, heading homeward.

I am doing better., slept or watched movies all Saturday and sunday.
I have this annoying glue like discharge coating my tunes, which causes me to cough and gag.
Drinking lots of fluids
It is a lot better today

Celebrated Chinese New Year today with the good people of my Chinese church. Our feast included, along with a number of excellent Chinese dishes, pepperoni pizza and vanilla cake. :)

That sounds like a great celebration. We had a good dim sum but had to wait an hour for a table.

"Like" for the dim sum, not for the table wait. Koreans also celebrate Lunar New Year, so our family will probably also go out to eat sometime soon. There's a new KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) restaurant in our neighborhood that we've been meaning to try.

Korean fried chicken? Hmmmm. Count me interested.

So, I picked up Little M and his buddy from school on my home today. As I drove home, I suddenly realized that terms like "Calvin" and "total depravity " were being discussed by my atheist son and his Muslim friend. After confirming that @revjohn was not, in fact, in my car with us:D, I figured out that the Reformation had been a topic of questions in their Reach for the Top meet. So they do, in fact, learn useful stuff in school these days.

I'm ready for a cosy fire, a quilt to cuddle up under, some prayers shawls scattered around and some good friends to visit with. I've tidied up this room and all are welcome.

ime to contemplate what's snuggled under cover?

Tis a primal wonder ... even the god of love can't figure it ... without a demonish clue or two as Q's hi phi*ves?

Tabitha - can I sit with you. I'm afraid I'm not much company - worried about family members and friends who are facing serious health problems - but the room is peaceful and comforting. Perhaps we'll feel better just sitting quietly, cuddling our prayer shawls, and a bit later I think I'll start a zigsaw puzzle over on the table.

Snuggle up Tabitha. What 'treats' would work best for you now that you really have to watch your diet and blood sugar levels. I would be happy to make some in my cyber kitchen. It truly is a wonderful place - instant treats with theclick of a keyboard! ;)

A lovely room for sure. I'll share some virtual waffles, to match the real ones I just made. (They were yummy). I hear you about the worry, Seeler. I too am worried about a few in my life again. After having so many losses this year, I feel like I can't bear another. At the moment, my Jewish brother-in-law, very elderly and actually escaped Austria in the Holocaust, was a prisoner of war in Canada and has had a suitably interesting/learned/exciting life, is in the hospital awaiting a pacemaker on Wednesday. His is the most inspiring, indomitable spirit I know. Something in me wants him to be in the world forever.
