Is Being Human
On December 12th 2011 Canadians William Krehm and Ann Emmett launched their case to restore the use of the Bank of Canada to it's original purpose with the Canadian Federal Court
The important appeal case was again in Federal Court Monday January 26th 2015. The plaintiffs are being represented by Rocco Galati, the Toronto lawyer who led a challenge against Marc Nadon’s nomination to the Supreme Court of Canada and won!
Mr Galati representing, COMER — Committee on Monetary and Economic Reform EST. 1986 will be taking on the Federal Government by saying they have by-passed Canada’s Bank Act and have been borrowing money from foreign banks to the detriment of the Canadian people.
The specific article of the Bank Act by-passed by our government states the following:
1. 18 i) the Minister of Finance, and Government of Canada is required to request, and that the Bank of Canada is statutorily required, when necessary, to make interest-free loans, on the terms set out under s.18 (i) and (j) of the Bank of Canada Act, RSC, 1985, c. B-2 (the “Act”) for the purposes of “human capital” expenditures and/or municipal/provincial/federal “human capital” and/or infrastructure expenditures;
This needs to be known by Canadians and understood that our own Government is fighting against us to keep us in debt to international Bankers. This is an important Court case in our time yet the media is silent!
