This is hopeful.


This YouTuber, Brian Tyler Cohen, only popped up in my feed recently. So far he seems like a fairly moderate left wing pundit. Maybe more left than moderate. He’s pointing out a video showing Republican citizens at a town hall who are furious about the damage Trump is doing - pleading with their representative to take a stand for them.

At some point, you have to stop calling it a coincidence and start calling it what it is: treason.

The United States is running out of time. If Trump serves out this term without being removed, America as a functioning democracy is finished.

The media needs to wake up. Enough with the “Trump fatigue” excuse. This is not just another scandal—this is the single greatest infiltration of American power in history. Journalists need to dig into Mussayev’s claims, demand declassification of intelligence files, and treat this like the national emergency that it is.

Congress needs to subpoena Mussayev immediately. His testimony must be public, and every document he has should be reviewed. If there is proof that Trump has been compromised since the 1980s, the American people need to know.

I find Brian Tyler Cohen quite reasonable. He seems to do his research. He does good joint videos with people like Glenn Kirschner and Marc Elias as well. Have you checked out Meidas Touch? They have some interesting information as well.

Whether they are right or wrong.....they are two former Soviet intelligent officers, and it wouldn't be their word I'd be listening to even if it's true....they are complicit.
There is plenty of intelligence on both sides....and we should listen or trust that those on our side are doing their job. Some things cannot be leaked to the public as most serious offences are incognito for the good of our democracies.
But yes, I think Trump and his goons are sabatoging democracy and purposely tearing apart the whole system.
I sincerely hope some secret agencies were created that scooped those federal employees that were fired and are somewhere hidden in bunkers and working at monitoring this fiasco.
 
In a world where everybody hates their friends and neighbors ... imagine how we'd plan on exterminating ourselves! Would a determinate quantity of senseless ness be required as absence of psyche? Thus it goes 't ...

It wouldn’t surprise me if it were true, but I wouldn’t take their word for it. I believe (without concrete proof just my gut and observations) that there are certain YouTube influencers - some who previously held some status in society, other careers, before being launched into fame (or infamy depending on perspective)…people whose motives I don’t trust and haven’t since Banon was on the scene 8+ years ago “flooding the zone” with propaganda. There was some meddling going on from some powerful corners.

PS I actually don’t think that creating more secret agencies with no public oversight is a good solution to a dictator problem. I know your intentions aren’t bad in suggesting that, but it’s not a great idea, imo.

Nothing like that happened to prevent Trump, which was painfully necessary to preserve democracy. But it’s still working, as evidenced by Republican voters themselves, at a town hall (although many of them likely voted for him, they’re not getting what they were misled to believe and are coming to their senses). People are voting with their feet, so to speak. One good thing - a silver lining - is that people are becoming united in their opposition to unfolding events orchestrated by Trump Etc.

Oversight or watchdogs are usually non partisan or unbiased towards any party.
All that were in place have been dismissed.

The guy who posted this made a comment about this and the fact that most of the people are over 50 or so. People are sending in more photos and he's hoping to have a more diverse group for another video or a redo.
