What Legacy Does Trump Leave?

And so maybe this is a positive legacy of Trump: the Canadian insistence on doing the next right thing. Basic health care established, we are working on dental care, and universal drug insurance. A trend towards a society of "us" and "we" and the general good versus some sort of pie in the sky individualism.

And why the hell we're so mad about Trudeau and Singh trying to further socialize us is beyond me. Why a world in which everyone has health care, the drugs that those health care people say are required (pharma care) and dental care, which is seriously correlated with total health, is deemed "not the best/healthiest way in which to nourish/care for people from cradle to grave" confuses me.

You did hear that the estate of Sinead O'Connor has sued Trump for using her sig song, Nothing Compares to You, in his campaign. I'd love her estate to get a share of his wealth, even if it's as virtual as it will all be.

His death is gonna be fun. Watch the house of cards collapse, maybe?

I can see as clear as day a pic of a younger Donald Trump (milder comb-over necessary), right next to Jeffrey Epstein and stupid Prince Andrew and they're just total quintessential pervs. It's totally gross, and one can never un-see it.
More mindless inuendo--a photo that in no way implies Trump had sex with underage minors. On the other hand. here is hard evidence that exposes the double standared of you wokers:
"In recently unsealed court documents involving dead child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein and his alleged accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell, a woman named Virginia Giuffre, who publicly accused Epstein of sex trafficking, said that she once saw former Democratic President Bill Clinton on Epstein's island with "two young girls"

Oh, and I've heard Democrats admit that Trump can be very funny at times--not that I'd expect his humor to penetrate your myopic woke world.
Note how wokers here duck Biden's response to Trump's challenge to debates "anytime, any place, anywhere" by urging him to watch Biden's State of the Union address that they wrote for him. Americans love the fact that Trump is so unscripted--a big reason why his mouth gets him in trouble at times.

That's gross, DL, and demeans you and me.

I think the natural death of humans and their legacy is interesting. I don't think, for instance, that "history" will find Donald Trump interesting. But history might find the long and moral lives of Desmond Tutu, Elizabeth II, Jimmy Carter more of interest, I think, in the long arc.

Tell me, Berserk, do you know a joke we might both find funny? I don't think so? You have gathered that the above-mentioned article about a lack of humour/character was from a British POV. Now, I am both, Canadian and British, and I have yet to uncover any humour in any of his utterances. Help me here.

Everything Trump has ever said and done is publicly available for the public to see and hear. As is his total propaganda campaign making him a hero. I confess to being totally confused by the blinkers on his side. I care only as it affects politics up here. Minimizing negotation/mutual goals, etc.

I agree. He has shown himself to be a demonstration of the 7 deadly sins personified. He is a despicable man.

If that makes me "woke", whatever the f*** that means, well I'm honoured. It's better than the apparent alternative

Is humus and Hagias something of an imperceptible implosion of what's satyr ... an ancient goat? This know how is despised and disposed by those searching for power out there ... out there is simple thin space as humbled in the blast ... substances departed ,,, by adherence and affiliation to what's to begone ... so it transposed ... scripped? It may not be super or hyped as it comes down!

When Trump debated with Biden in the 2020 campaign, he showed disrespect for the moderators and failed to provide much substance. I sort of remember both of them failing to answer some of the questions they were asked, just I observed in our Canadian election debates.

Trump did not serm to understand the difference between a debate and an argument.

I read through the long article on Trump's achievements including a huge increase in the national debt on the negative side and increased accountability of the Department of Defense on the positive side. Overall, his government's actions harmed the poor and helped corporations and the wealthy along with more harm to the environment. The only gain for workers along with many losses was the rule about worker pay included in the free trade agreement.

Trump is excess on the argument side ... kerygma ... like a mouth on fire ... sob eit the dragon ass ... it goes on without much substantive knowledge ... believing that all else other than great will is nothing ... and thus it slips through the walls and wails ... wending thus! Laid out on medium ... Abe quieted domain ... listen up ... she twinkles over head ...

God rest ye Mari Gentle Men ... Marai awe? Look up ... one must be humble ... do away with the vain ... excessive esteem ... give freely ... get over it!

I find that's a problem with most politicians nowaday, though. Debates are now about political theater, not debating issues in a controlled format, no matter how good a moderator is. I've stopped watching them myself. No point. If i want political theater, there's social media.

I wouldn't even call it an argument. He was a steamroller. Sure he did say things like "you did it" when accused of something, like a child. He talked over, didn't respect the time limits, sneered. That's not a debate. It was just a platform for him.

Of course debates are platforms for many if not most.

The common person is told to be silent .. thus home Oh is shucked! We shall all be the same ... dead to lus' ...

Be cautious about what goes on in the still of the nacht ... perhaps an OHC? I've been alerted about them ...

Funny how the heterogenic rave about making everything even in their way ... thus flattened ...

"If you’re paying as much attention to all of his tweets..., you'll find some striking moments when Trump isn’t just raging outward, but making fun of himself—even showing a wry acceptance of the caricatures favored by the left. He has challenged his followers to find the secret meaning behind his famed “covfefe” accidental tweet. He’s made light of the notion that he would seek a third term, joking about leaving office “in six years, or maybe 10 or 14 (just kidding).” In August, as he was floating the purchase of a certain Danish territory, he tweeted a picture of a gold-plated Trump hotel photoshopped onto a craggy shore, along with the words, “I promise not to do this to Greenland!” He makes cracks about himself in person, too; at a rally in Louisiana this week, he poked fun at the rambling rhetoric that sometimes gets him into trouble: “I do my best work off script. ... I also do my worst work off script.”
