Is negligible homicide an action of killing with small attention and little cognizance?
Could be another sense of lost awareness ... leaving just an illusion of something once known ... and now no longer in the picture as a image!
Leaves me somewhat skeptical and sarcastic about those that state they know eternalized mysteries ... the far out! Some call this cynicism that reaches cyanide proportions! Laughter may do in the pride as lye 'n there ...

Trump seems to be pulling out all of the stops to remain in power....more than likely he will be stopped....problem is, he may be creating a path through his base, to make it easier for another "authoritarian" to run for president....and the next one might be smarter.

the 25th amendment is being raised again in this opinion piece - the Goldwater rule sort of debunked as it does not cancel out other ethical responsibilities of the profession:

I read a commentary in a German newspaper that if Trump had been less egocentric and smarter, he could have influenced the American system better towards a way of totalitarian system by changing the system. Thankfully, he isn’t that smart- and he was probably certain to win again, so his reaction to go to court over everything was more of a kneejerk reaction. If he had put in more planning, like influencing/ changing the system, the right judges in the right positions, he would have had a potential to create his own dictatorship, as other countries have done.
But would this have supported the cut and burn policies supporting a self-destructive social order?
Tis the best way to cut costs ... destroy the working force! It is a standard in ecco nomia!
There is a saying in one field of interest that the brain is the largest gonad in the human ... and it will not show a sense of illumination unless the ghost of a shocking current is applied!
Go figure how those lights come on in some and others remain extreme in the lights out mode ... Machiavellian exposee according to another string that might strike another chord ... about shadow persona! These may be cussed attributes by those that wish you didn't know so as to maintain you equal to their condition ... lights out?
If one plugs into humanity for a bit ... does something impress the darkness? That'd be the first shaft of light ... connected to a bundle of metaphors! May resemble a straw man in the story of emperors rising in the demos ... flame out?

And that doesn't stop someone else from coming along someday who is smarter and also has an abundance of charisma who could do exactly that if the gov't doesn't put more safeguards in place. In fact I'd be concerned about the groundwork already laid out by Trump that will give a sense of normalcy to outlandish protocols.
