I believe that under the rules sent forth by the Constitution, the election will take place as scheduled. It would be up to the Republican party to name alternate candidates in the event of incapacity of the current nominees.

Thus query Eris-is as I thunk in the past as portion of the great parts of poetic licence ... that may be presented in numerous clusters ... but repetition is common being how we learn with difficulty ... hard FAX ... when living with PAC m'n! The tyrants will run off with the common wealth ...

There are so many directions one could go with this.....sit tight for 14 days before speculating.
Remember to base opinions on facts.
 
Well as fact we Know he is 74
he weighs 244 so obese or close to it
we know he has ordinary heart disease for a man of his age( I think that was how the doc phrased it)
we know he has high cholesterol
we know he exercises little ( Trump says he gets enough exercise walking to meetings)
we know he has a bad diet

all risk factors

but he doesn’t smoke or drink and is not diabetic




we posit that his odd little trip to Walter Reed on a Saturday unannounced was possibly related to concerns about mini strokes ( Trumps words)

we also know he will get top notch medical care so that is in his favor
 
I've already read posts by people who don't believe he's sick - not without proof ("show us your test results!") and that this is some kind of ploy. In two weeks he'll come out saying it was just like a little cold. Well, I hope it's not severe for him. They never gave details about his brother's death - but given where he lived and was hospitalized abruptly, covid was suspected. That wasn't even humbling to Don.
I also hope he didn't give it to Biden - after making fun of him wearing his mask a lot. What an a-hole!

My thoughts on the story of the day.

I would not wish COVID on anyone. I hope the Trumps come through this okay.

It is hard, however, to resist thinking that the world's highest profile denier, or at least minimizer, getting COVID is karma at its finest.

Back to the debate for a minute......does anyone agree with Biden when he said Antifa was an idea and not a group or organization?
