I think all the fuss about Trump is a waste of time. It's not just Trump. Every American president for at least 60 has followed the policy of Hitler's Germany. They have all preached hatred of Russians, of Chinese, of Muslims - and they have all used that hatred to justify mass murder.
Getting rid of Trump would solve nothing. The Democrats are essentially the same party (with a few exceptions) as the Republicans.
And the American people have no sense, none whatever, of any alternative to the Hitlerian society they have. Nor am I convinced that Canadians are much better. Or British. Or French..... The whole western world is in a state of advanced decay.
And the Christian churches? If they are doing anything, it's been missing the target for 2,000 years.

The whole, western world is in decay. In its blind greed, it was destroyed Africa, most of the middle east....and put Asia through a century and more of dreadful suffering. And the justification of all that was exactly the racism that Hitler preached - and his (and our) willingness to commit mass murder with racism as the justification. Our whole society is simply a pursuit of money. That's what our wars are about.

Few are cognizant of their individual meanings and understandings ... try Psalm 119 ... as a hand off of such knowledge ... tis complex for the simply out there ...

How do we know these are Trump supporters? It would be an easy stunt to hire people to do this. They wouldn't even have to be at a Trump rally. Any crowd would do.

It was at CPAC, the big conservative political gathering. Read the article. Though you are quite right in suggesting the people could be plants (or even opponents trying to highlight the connection between Trump and Putin) rather than legit supporters.

It says the photo was taken at CPAC. Maybe it was. Maybe not. In either case, as you say, faking it would be easy. In any case, I don't think we'll hear much more about being friends with Russia. There are powerful and influential people who want a war with Russia. And they need it soon because American military power is almost certainly headed into a decline. The whole expansion of NATO in eastern Europe, the creation of a Ukraine crisis, the moving of missile sites onto European territory are all designed to bring about such a war. And the hawks want that war - soon.
I suspect Trump would prefer to make (temporary) friends with Russia as a prelude to a war with China. But the real power in Washington seem to be opposed to that.

It was at CPAC. The pranksters have been interviewed. Maybe they brought with them a few "plants" but I am quite sure that those plants helped encourage other attendees to take the flags being handed out. When staff realized what was going on they came around and confiscated the flags.
