Yes, and he has done so much to improve the situation of blacks in the U.S. Hasn't he? in fact, they are poorer than ever, and getting killed by police in high proportions as ever.
Not all of his donations are public because the U.S. makes it easy for the wealthy to contribute without putting the source or the amount on public record. We do know the costs of election campaigns, and we know they run into the billions. Common sense would tell you that - and a good deal of it is on record. You can almost certainly get some figures on the web.
And you don't raise that kind of money on contributions from unemployed blacks. The cost of american elections, and the corruption involved in fund raising has been an interntional scandal for decades - and it's been going on much longer than that. I'm astonished you would even raise the issue.
Do I have evidence of discussions he has had with the wealthy? No. Do the wealthy make such evidence available? No. So let's all assume he bought all that TV, radio, and newspaper time at elections with IOUs from Jihadists.
However, I have been active in politics. I have been on good terms with people like Pierre Trudeau. I know where the money comes from. In Canada, the Liberals and Conservatives have bagmen in each province who collect funds - with the assurance that agreeable legislation for the donors will come. The great weakness of the Greens and the NDP is they don't get any significant money from the wealthy. They have to raise it in donations like fifty dollars rather than a million.
Virtually every elected person in the U.S. is bought and paid for by the wealthy. And Hillary is rolling in the stuff, most in election payoffs, but also in a vast personal wealth. (Low estimates for her and Bill are around $200 million. That's the kind of thing you can probably check on the web,, too.)
Don't be naive.
Hillary is not going to honour all her promises for social legislation. Nor has Justin been any flash in that area. And corruption in American history has been there since 1775. For a sample - The US invaded Canada in 1812, claiming this was a second war of independence from the British. If so, why did they invade what is not Quebec and Ontario? And why did the coastal states oppose the war so much that most refused to take part? What was the real reason the U.S. invaded us?
And the civil war was NOT to free slaves. In fact, Lincoln was opposed to freeing them. So why was the war fought? And who stood to gain?
Those wars were both about money, and both about money held by the wealthy.
The middle east wars are about money, too. So are the hostilities to Russia and China. in fact, it's unusual in history to find a war that isn't about money. That includes both world wars.
