We are part of the eternal ... we can't escape it regardless how small you appear in the big weal that is reality! You exist until nothing ... and then there is no evidence you did anything as gods of the OT ... an item passee?

TV and media moguls are, in fact, leaders among those who are now attacking Trump daily.
Trump seems to be playing by the "any publicity is good publicity" (in his mind), rule. He hired Roger Ailes of Fox infamy, and also this guy from Breitbart to his campaign team. Trump knows the entertainment/ marketing angle better than politicians - he is creating this media controversy himself. He gets cheers from his fan club because they watch Fox and read Breitbart and they'll believe the media has turned on him maliciously just because he says so. He has spent more time complaining about the media than discussing policy - that's because he has no policy this is for him and him only. They sound the alarm every time he opens his mouth and he gets free advertising for his message to his base - "proving" what he has set them up to believe. That's what they want. If he wins or loses he gets more famous and more rich - he'll work it into the TV world somehow. He's playing by a different book.

I must admit he's tickled my funny bone a few times. And then it gets boring. I have a bigger crush on Stephen Colbert. He's more more skilled at amusing me the right way.

For how the media work on this Thursday evening, I have just watched several channels, including CBC, with the story of the Syrian boy in Aleppo who was set up for photo op by a media outfit hostile to the Syrian government. He had been terribly injured. By what or whom? All strongly implied it was the Syrian government. But, equally obviously, nobody knew.
So - we have an obvious setup with obvious hints, and done by an anti-Assad news medium.
That much we know. And that's all we know.
But just about every medium carried that story with its propaganda message.
Now, think hard.
When did you last see such an obvious setup with its hint (but no evidence) of who was guilty when the victim was a child who was one of a couple of million or more killed or crippled by U.S. bombs?
I have never seen one.
It reminded me that news media necessarily deal mostly in reporting events, most of them minor. It's rare to see the bigger picture. The result is that we make decisions based on bits and pieces, not on the greater reality.
I'm going to take a stab at that tonight for my blog.

It really doesn't matter. Clinton served eight years in full agreement with a murderous Obama government that pursued exactly the same policies as Bush had. She isn't going to change. Nor does she show any sign of wanting to change.
Trump? He's a non-person. If he does what he's told, he'll be allowed to hang around the white house. If he doesn't do what he's told, he'll be killed.
This is all happening in context of a much bigger picture. We're watching the death of democracy, the rise of new aristocracy.....And with a huge range of disorder possible.
I've just finished writing on it. It isn't a cheering picture.

I don't understand this thing about "staying on message". We've already seen exactly what he's like, so if anyone is fooled by him staying on message...???
He'll probably derail his own discussion again soon enough anyway.
