No. Socialism is not totally anti-individualism. In fact, capitalism is far more anti-individualist because it denies a voice to most people, and it has no responsibility to individuals - or anybody except itself.
Graeme - I think Trump is more dangerous for the world. I do not think Hillary is a Saint. I just think she's a safer choice for the next four years than Trump. There may be no moral person in this race but the more moral choice is still Hillary because of her temperament. I think the world overall can survive four years with her. Trump is an even scarier proposition. He hasn't got any empathy nor does he have a clue about foreign affairs. And he shoots his mouth off saying random and outrageous things, which really shows he has lack of impulse control. If he runs a presidency like he runs a business - or a Twitter account for that matter - we're all in trouble fast.

Sorry. I forgot to mention that Baldasaro is the chair of a Trump campaign committee called "Vets For Trump." He's been denounced by some veterans groups for his comments.

Hillary has been a leading player in the mass murder, starvation, refugeeism of tens of millions of people. She has cooperated closely in the use of drones that kill uncounted civilians. She is a member of the government that uses 'special ops' to murder people like environmentalists. ( There was a very recent case). She is a member of a government which, with her full consent, is signing deals which will permit corporations all over the world to set up business in the U.S. and, effectively, to ignore environmental laws even if people a dying because of it. (Justiin is playing the same game with us - and our news media are silent, too.)
She is a member of a government which has overseen a steady rise in poverty as more and more money is diverted to the rich. Her economic policy is based on lies. (as is Trump's). She is a member of a government that has blockaded Yemen to starve some of the poorest people in the world to death.
She played a major role in placing nuclear bomb launching sites along the Russian border - thus creating a confrontation that could lead to a world, nuclear war any minute. (It's very tight right now - and our news media are ignoring it.) When Russia attempted a similar act in Kennedy's Cuba, the world was in terror, and all agreed that Russia was evil. The US is not doing it on a far larger scale to Russia - no fear, no terror. That's became most people have no idea what's going on.
She is a member of a government which has been overseeing a massive redistribution of wealth from the poor to the rich. She has also been a figure in approving the sale of cluster bombs and other weapons to the Saudis so they can bomb some of the poorest people on earth - including their hospitals.
A world that we knew, or thought we did, is gone. We are entering a world of pure greed and mass murder. Get used to it.
And little Hillary has been a front row player in this new world all the way. Trump is stupid (and dangerous). Hillary is evil (and dangerous.)

@Graeme Decarie I think your assessment is extreme. The only person who really knows what's going on is her - but Trump has no political experience or foreign affairs experience at all. Just a yuuge ego and the temperament of a five year old. It's quite possible that anyone in such high positions of power becomes out of touch with the people their decisions affect. But I don't think Trump was ever in touch with "real" average people. Hillary has some experience being an "average" person at some point in her life. She has more redeeming potential, imo. Trump has been a crass aristocrat and a shady high stakes business person his whole life. It's all "The Art of the Deal" to him, and it's all about him. I do not buy your assessment of Hillary totally. If any of that happened it wasn't her alone and you don't know the facts. You know what you've read and formed an opinion like the rest of us. Nobody knows. But Trump's temperament is on full display. He can't suppress it if he tries. He doesn't even recognize anything wrong with it. That's why he's the greater of the evils.

I think that was Kimmios point- rather an evil and dangerious POTUS than a stupid one. After all, she was in a position of power and the 3WW has not happened. Stupid , on the other side, can only be prevented by having him assassinated before he hits the button out of impulsiveness.
Mankind is destructive to the world .. why creation made it that way to curtail natures fecundity ... but the destructive forces got out of creation's hand ! Thus advocate of all bents ...

Just accept it as self indulgent absorption of fundi belief that the eternal is in them ... but without self examination they can't find the wee Klein as a germane thingy! A gravid centralized belief or belief that the center of gravitas has been absconded with by overconfident believers in the extent of the imaginary realm ... they just don't know how far it goes and won't go there ... it appears as a stretch causing ankh to the belittling humility of being mortal ... when sweating it they get humid ... suffering whetting!
Some are so dull the whet is no good for them and the edge becomes round as a Ba'aL for those understanding the coming round of alien linguistics ... and the nature of the great "Ba" above all ... information beyond us as emo-tiff-a' ted folk!

Then still one would be an outlier to the paradigm that are right into conflicts of soul ... and no mind for co operation! Thus again the rising of OBI as things beyond fundi mental observations ...
Average and paradigms are eliminated by the use of the root mean square phenomenon that denies any negatives in the summation ... statistics to sway things the way the authority would feel confident ... reference Nassem Nicholas Taleb on statistics and the paradigm curve as misused in reality! It is part of Game Theory i.e. god games ...
I don't think that was my point. I don't know how much of what Graeme's saying can be verified, for starters. There are many cogs in the wheel that created circumstances - we don't know. So, I am not taking it as a given that Hillary is directly responsible for all that Graeme suggests.
And @Mrs.Anteater there are legal provisions in the U.S. Constitution called the 25th amendment which would allow for a sitting president to be declared unfit and the VP to take over in case of a a perilous crisis like that. I guess that's another good reason to have a VP.

I've seen it happen to lobster floats attached to traps on the bottom of high tidal currant areas. Although some people from TO tell me there in no way waves in the North Atlantic exceed 50, or even a 100 feet, or tidal currants exceed 7 knots. I ask have they ever been out there during the change ... they believe there is nothing as stormy as TO! A bit of self-endulgement?
Yet there are those that say to remove the 2nd so there will be no way to bear the 25 th ... no arms to do nothing ...
Why we have that image of the head in Hindi faith that has many hairy appendages ... a mire icon? It has various labels attached depending on the tradition of burying that monster in a sea of chaos ... the human-pooled thought? Tell me it isn't so ... or otherwise and incarnate outlier!
