I've seen some really bad applications that lack means and medium ...

Um, she killed her mother, too, Luce. So I'm not sure Lizzie Borden counts as a woman stabbing and hacking at hostile men so much as a child stabbing and hacking at hostile parents.

Actually, I talked to my sister yesterday who told me that a few days after this came out, it appeared that there were flaws in that study, so it is to be taken with a grain of salt. However, she also said, that in Germany, with it’s 80+ million residents, statistically one women gets murdered by an abusive partner every day.

For the situations where comparing female and male leaders in a female dominated staffing situation, did the women rise through the ranks? Did the men?

Does lead to leaving parentage behind ... patriarchs are always first ... thus the great fathers rest ... all that's left? Tis rites ... tradition ... rogue activities that go on unseen! Thus blind fey th' ... flighty according to Einsteinian chance of a space dimple or it's alter ... thus the TU's! it all ends in chaos because of lack of the co opt'd ... real powers demand conflict resolution so they can do it again folks ... the stab remains ... penetrating f(acts) ... its just word ... dark and inky!

Makes me think of the James Reeves ballad about Hell 'ave To Go ... thus ide went ... I forget we're not to think about it ... causes brain storms ...

At some point a stand alone condition ... ET? Light who-mus ... what you can put in inky expressions so those that don't read depth overcome it ... thus caucus of the free ... early complaints?

Hmm. The position of manager of Rehab still has a higher manager above. A Masters degree is a requirement. We have had one nurse, one respiratory therapist, one who came from out of Province whose qualification I didn’t know ( could have been from somewhere else in management or could have been a nursing background) one OT who just applied from the current position working with patients, two PTs. One of the PT went from that middle management to the higher regional management. So the one female who is now the regional manager originally came from working inpatients ( different hospital), then Rehab manager, than district manager. The man who came from out of Province ended up somewhere else in management after managing us, the one nurse went on different positions, never really staying for too long. I feel the path people took had more to do with their character than with their gender. Some people are more made for working hands- on, and they just get frustrated spending their time in meetings and holding endless job interviews.

And in fact, any 'leadership' I ever do is as a person amongst others doing a joint job. I take all suggestions seriously, but make decisions, as well, and take responsibility for them, but mainly, it's a group of people who are working together to do the BEST job. In all the areas I exist - family, church family, work community, etc.

If not a joint job it will end up disjointed and all alone again like thoughts in space when entangled with a gravid spot ... that's the dogma! No alters ... always a few in a congregation taking control as avarice goes ... people really hate co opts and cooperating ... hanging participles ... un grammatical? Free form poesy ... but don't explain what is said under the breath as subtle as Sue ...

Yeah, I wrote last here while I was still recovering from butt sedation...lol...I'm in love with fentanyl lol

I was just noticing in the paper, in my addled state, all these jargon words that mean different things than usual...

Scientific papers usually do that and tend to be specific rather different than ordinary conversation, where words can usually mean multiple things at once...

So violence can mean many different things

Where violence in the paper rather means something more specific

And so forth...

So I hope people here can have fun teasing the paper apart...

Like what do they mean by woman? Self identify as? Adult egg bearing human female? Other?

What do they mean by violence?

What purpose does it serve to point out the UN?

What is a normal amount of violence in Germany? Has it changed over time?

How aboot violence towards men? Children? Animals? Human babies? (i remember when spanking was mainstream here...)

How is it compared to similar countries?

And so forth :3

How I might use the word violence isn't necessarily how the paper uses the word?

i think it is cool that this study was actually able to be done:3

i see the purpose of the study was
"The objective of this study is to provide baseline reliable and internationally comparable global, regional, and national prevalence estimates of lifetime and past year physical or sexual, or both, intimate partner violence by male partners against ever-partnered women, based on an analysis of data from population-based studies and surveys conducted between 2000 and 2018."

something like this can be helpful
objective, empirical data that others can then build upon and use...as opposed to politics or feelings or ideology that can muck up things?
