Scripture will aways prove itself ---it is man who needs to have the right way of thinking to understand the true meaning behind the scripture -----there is Logos and then there is Rhema --
- Rhema—The Spoken Word. The second primary Greek word that describesScripture is rhema, which refers to a word that is spoken and means“an utterance.” Arhemais a verse or portion of Scripture that the Holy Spirit brings to our attention with application to a current situation or need for direction.
Cain brought friut that was not excepted by God ----just because it does not spell out the words you all want to see means nothing -----the scripture clearly states that it was rejected by God -----that is proven ---now ask yourself why and go back to scripture to get your answer ----Genesis 3:21 gives you your answer and proof but because you are looking for the words faith and sacrifice you miss the proof ----you are so wrapped up in the words you miss the spiritual understanding ------- you can believe that I am a false teacher if you like ---I really don't care God is my source for judgment not any of you ------I know for me that what I say is right and you can say I am wrong and want proof all you want -----you haven't given me any reason to think am wrong in what I have said and I stick by the knowledge of what the scripture says spititually ----so if you are waithing for the words faith and sacrifice in that scripture you will not see them ---but that doesn't mean that the scripture doesn't include them in what it says ------by the word rejected which is what God did to Cain's offering we get this From Strong's ----

God's Thinking vs Man's Thinking
But the real question is how are we thinking? Are we thinking like man or are we thinking like God? Of course, that’s if it’s even possible to think like the creator of the heavens and the earth!
As always we will be using our Bibles to find the answers to our questions, because that’s where God reveals his mind to us.
For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, declares the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.(Isa 55:8-9)
I’d like you to keep this passage in our minds as we look at our topic. It’s pretty clear that our thoughts are on a completely different plane to God’s, there is this huge gulf between us and God, we naturally think differently to God, but why is that? How is our thinking different to God’s thinking?
Understanding this concept is one of the most important things we can do in our lives because it will naturally lead us in the right direction.
As often the case, the best place to start looking for answers is at the beginning. Turn your Bible to Genesis 3, where we read of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden, who were given one commandment by God which was to not eat the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
So we have God’s way of thinking, and this snakelike way of thinking, and there is this battle between the two. Man naturally will think like the serpent, not like God. Paul uses this symbol and describes it as carnal thinking, our word carnal is derived from the Latin word for flesh. It’s this kind of animal thinking that man will naturally tend towards; an animal thinks of not much more than reproducing, where its next meal will come from, and perhaps some play; if you have pets like cats or dogs you’ll understand.
That also pretty much sums up some humans, but God has made mankind differently because he has given them the ability to rise above basic animal thoughts and lift up our minds to higher things. God has given us the ability to think on spiritual things, the things that God wants us to consider, and there is the difference, this natural desire to think like an animal but with the ability to overcome that natural fleshly way of thinking. How do we even start to overcome our natural thinking though? It does come naturally to us after all. Paul wrote of that very problem.
This is a great description of the battle that goes on within our own bodies, the natural thinking of man at war with the thinking of God. If we let the mind of God enter into our lives then it will begin to push out the things that we naturally want to do. We have to understand that God’s ways are very different to our own natural ways and the ways of God won’t just happen within us because they are simply not in our nature.
We see a good illustration of the two types of thinking in Genesis 4 and the example of Cain and Abel.
In the course of time Cain brought to the LORD an offering of the fruit of the ground, and Abel also brought of the firstborn of his flock and of their fat portions. And the LORD had regard for Abel and his offering, but for Cain and his offering he had no regard. So Cain was very angry, and his face fell.(Gen 4:3-5)
To understand why God liked Abel’s offering but not Cain’s we have to go back a chapter.
And the LORD God made for Adam and for his wife garments of skins and clothed them.(Gen 3:21)
God made coats of animal skins for Adam and Eve, God was showing man how he wanted worship to be done and what was acceptable to him, and this was even mentioned in the New Testament even though it happened thousands of years before.
By faith Abel offered to God a more acceptable sacrifice than Cain, through which he was commended as righteous, God commending him by accepting his gifts. And through his faith, though he died, he still speaks.(Heb 11:4)
Here God is telling us that there is a specific way to come to him, and that was through the sacrifice of animals, until the sacrifice of Christ that is, which was the perfect sacrifice once and for all. Abel applies that godly thinking and presents God with an acceptable sacrifice; while Cain does what he thinks is best and applies his human thinking. We then see a graphic example of the enmity that exists between the two types of thinking, with Cain rising up and slaying his brother.
This is my last Post on this ---you can believe what you want to ---it does not affect my reading of the scripture about Cain --Nor does it affect my Posting on this sight ----I will post --up to each one to ignore or read -----
Peace to all
Cain did not bring his offering in Faith nor did he bring the right offering to God ----and get this --God did not ask Cain and Able to bring any offering to Him at that time --they brought it on their own to worship ----it was not commanded by God -----
