Good morning! Air quality all over the place seems to be smoky. Skies are odd colours. Haven't seen anything like this since... well, last year. Seems with the shift in climate this may be a regular occurring thing.
We gather round the Coffee Cart in the air conditioned Room for conversation, sharing of support, and connecting. This goes on over coffee, tea, and the Wonderbaker's offerings. Today the WB has whipped up some wonderful butter tarts, with and without raisins. The coffee is freshbrewed, the tea water boils merrily, and the tarts are warm from the oven. All is ready, everyone welcome! Come and get it!

Chez Zie things are welcome as a product of healthy bacterium ... normally but not always! Always exceptions to make one take note ... some do not believe and thus a land of forgetting ... home of the demented! We make them leaders of their own demise ... up risers? Fooled into believing they are on top of what goes down ... it is just the way it goes ! All things must age ... for proper ingestion ... coming across the river as something jacked up ... bit cocky as chosen people in false electives ... indicative of particular failures in balance ... results in odd wobbles ... the swings allow us to suspect something gravid is there unseen! Defined deviations ... an green wheels of chez !
 
I forgot to mention this morning that I will be away tomorrow (Friday) morning. Can someone plug in the coffeemaker and tea kettle please? Also check with the Baker to see what has been baked for tomorrow. Thanks!

좋은 아침이에요! The heat, humidity and rains really make the world a bit surreal. With climate changes becoming more frequent, it’s understandable to feel both unsettled and reflective about how this will become the seasons' regular rhythm.

That’s why the Coffee Cart gathering's so comforting.

Fresh-brewed coffee. Merrily boiling tea water. The Wonderbaker’s yakgwa create such a welcoming atmosphere.

It’s the simple ritual that grounds us when the outside world's unpredictable ☕
 
First time I think the morning greeting has been in Korean. Or on the afternoon of the day before (gotta love time zones).

Do you think if we put a giant "No Smoking" sign up on a high building, the atmosphere would get the hint? Nah, probably not. I can faintly smell it in my office and I already feel kind of crappy. Then again, I work for a home oxygen company. Hmmmm. :sneaky: :giggle:
