Good morning! The weekend is here! Regional Council meeting is in session today, which I will join on Zoom. To those who went berry picking, hope you enjoyed the activity, as well as whatever the berries become, be it jam, pies, eaten as is, or whatever.
We gather in spirit round the coffee cart, over tea and coffee, for our daily conversation, support, and connection session. Along with our caffeine, the Wonderbaker has produced a wonderful Kaffeekake for us to savour. The coffee is freshbrewed, the tea water is boiling, and the cake warm and aromatic. All is ready, everyone is welcome. Come on in and join the fun!

Good morning! Hope all are well. We gather this last Sunday of June around the Coffee Cart, for chatting, supporting, and connecting. We do thid over coffee, tea, and the offerings of the Wonderbaker. This morning, the Wonderbaker has produced bear claws for us to enjoy. Yah know, what we don't know is extensive and for some reason there is a large populace that would like us numbed. Can such things be explained other than avarice? Is there a power, counter to control that would simulate something as void as nothing ... like a draining sensation?

I was asked over recent times about the nature of bots. If you mention them in some circles, open or closed, components of the circles seem to agitate ... as if stressed, strained and in great angst. Leaves some of us feeling something has gone astray ... like where belief has lodged in some entity that is isolated and autonomous and not generalized to encourage even the bottom line?

Is that soul of darkness? Some dialexis are required for clarity ... and are often obscured for advances of individuals in reality, thus a sinking integral? Is that hard to gather as it goes down in folly? Some say such learning is a pain ... rather pathological ... requiring some input of M-pathy for healing of a broken creation ...

Is that an alien concept for those conditioned to conflict and competition and difficult to gather? Only at that mysterious dark river ... that infringes on the day allowing rest for the tattered remnant ... while supervisors do their thing ...

Not much sleep last night

I find this time of year it's very difficult to sleep. For me it's the long days messing with my brain chemistry. I think I might get only a few hours of sleep in 24

Sleep is difficult. My internal HOT thermometer often keeps me awake. Hi to all..I have been absent for a bit….not because of anything exciting….just normal life.

I am actually sleeping fairly well these days but we'll see if that holds now that the heat is rising. Lows in the 20s for the rest of the week.

Yesterday we spent a few minutes with a daughter and hubby as it was his birthday.
Later we met a sin and grandson and ftiend combination and a grandson with two borrowed kids. They participated in a fishing contest for one adult and a kid or two. Everyone appeared to be smiling. No idea who won one of the many prizes . They all won memories.

I wish I could sleep well but the endocrine system presents as somehow shimmering in activity ... for reason I'm not aware other that PTSD or alternate ... sometimes playing a whine down in GEO Ghia ... stardust effect of tiny Mesons ... Leptons? Small things accumulated ...

Can a river in a state of mind be cleared whence some say there is no such existence?

Alien winds catch my attention ... they say they roar from Eagles Nests as bone breakers of propaganda ... imagine swallowing that! There are some stiff presentations ... thus supported in tent ... fabrications for those that do not wish to know anything further ... dark zones? Obscure zones in the stones ...
