Good morning! Time to rise and shine! We come together again round the Coffee Cart for our daily round of chat, connection, and support. We think of the weekend past, and the week ahead, plus whatever longer-range thoughts we have for the summer. We we converse over tea and coffee, as well as the baked goodies provided by our Wonderbaker. This morning the Baker has prepared croissants for us to enjoy.
The tea water is boiling, the coffee is freshbrewed, just finishing its cycle. The croissants are warm and flaky. All things are ready, everybody is welcome. Come in and join in!

Santee is said to mean health ... if crossed like croissants ... will excess make you sick? It was said that an old spirit once Known as Atman said immoderation was the source of sick sol ... is that bottom line? Is it the fat, sugar, or flour that is flourishing as superfluous ... when taking off ... the miller's daughter appearing whitened ... when she was initially mysteriously black ... incarnation of Bathsheba as dah night horse? Do Tel ... what a flap this would cause ... distinct flaking, or what sometimes is referred to as spalling ... and the game all goes downhill fast ... spalled? Hence dah Ba'aL ... as icon ... a type of idiom ... de ohm goes on a long time out there ... because it is difficult to prove what isn't there ... pure essence as spirit? Deeply philosophical ... if you love wisdom that's beyond us ... stressed?

Abstract? may be and then maybe naught ... as all tied up in itself ... Sophi that delicate laid "E" as unseen flame? Few grasp ... so it goes ...

Some grab for the cat and just do not have that touché ... it must be gentile ...
 
We're getting snow this morning but the sun is supposed to come out later.....and the little snow we get is usually a fast melt now....it's all good.
 
yup, started to snow here too.

Thinking of those who are healing, or dealing with health issues, those who had rough days, or are not looking forward to items. May your day be restful
 
My sniffles don't really count, despite my complaining. Insert man-cold joke here. That's what my wife would do.
 
Even Frosty had a melt-down ... heart warming enough to generate tears ... possibly those dancing angels ... whet implications!
 
Just got back from a grocery run. Dang, is that wind ever bitter. Not sure what the temp is, but the wind chill is nasty.
 
Raw wind and snow up here as well. Hard to believe that in a month or so we'll have started complaining about the heat.

I had a "personal care" weekend this past. Spent hours getting my nails done on Saturday (from St. Patrick's Day to Easter-themed), then attempted to tame the hair monster on Sunday afternoon. My daughter's got me on a hair regime that requires eight different products and several hours to accomplish.

And I picked up an extra shift at work today, so I predict a very sore back by the end of the week. I'm a bit long in the tooth to work four shifts in a week; I usually get 2-3.

I don't think cold registers with me anymore. What an arctic winter we had. It's effectively over now. I think it's supposed to hit -8 on Friday night, and slowly wean us off freezing temps over the next week. Next weekend could be decent skiing. Easter weekend could be rained out.
 
Good morning, all! Happy Tuesday! From snow to right sun, windy and cold.. don't put the winter coats away for a bit, yet. But better days are coming. Sunrise here comes in about 45 minutes. Will begin then to take the frost off the windshield.
We gather in the Room around the Cart for our usual (or unusual)conversations, for support and connection, over coffee, tea, and baked goodies. Today our Wonderbaker has whipped up some crepes with fruit toppings (various kinds of fruit) for us to enjoy. The tea water is boiling, and the coffee freshbrewed; the crepes are wonderfully warm. All is ready, all are welcome. Come in and join the chats!

If there was a good point here another there and a different point somewhere else and there was no threads or chords of communication would we lose it somewhere along the line? There's just not a good word for it ... but maybe eclectic that is metamorphically scattered or otherwise dis Emmi Nate 'n ...

All that right into thin Eire ...rushing like a great wind triumphantly ... something was blown out and we know not what ... because of Will Mote ... that's a particle also! Illuminating dirt ... it gets stirred up ... great winds of Sirocco from the southern portions? Conclusions???? C'est fini ... nothing left but mores ... calm Eire? So it appeared date*NTe ... some say Dais Tanto, high on the ridge ... with the air of coming down towards Eve ... Urin the Dell ...

Headed out for a test drive thisorning. Thinking of trading sedan for an SUV. Amount of gardening and plants i move, an SUV is more logical. Plus the days of business trips carting around customers and partners are done

Excited my cardiologist brought my appointment forward a week hoping for good news.

@BetteTheRed - I love your abundance of hair but I can't imagine doing that type of hair care

Trying to get my folks out of a 4runner they can barely get into anymore. But at the same time, they needed it to get down their driveway at times this winter.

There needs to be some vehicle decisions in our greater family soon. A lot depends on my parents and what they can do, but also if Claire gets a summer job where she has to drive. And I am growing suspicious of a 10-year-old VW.

Sounds like a great way to avoid looking at the falling snow. Eating fresh baking is better.
I have a dental appt later. Not my favourite activity. but sometimes necessary.
 
More snow here. But at least the sun shows itself once in awhile. I'm adjusting to a very inactive life where eating is the major challenge of the day. I move slowly due to weakness (ya...that happens when you can't eat much). Today, digestion seems a little less bathroom-oriented. (tmi?) My son is here....putting a new counter top on our cupboards, installing new sink and taps. And I only needed to supply the major surgery! Actually, he needed to be here to make sure I was okay. He was pretty worried. He is also super handy at carpentry, plumbing and some electrical. So while he's here he asked the dangerous question....Do you need anything done?
