What shall we dismiss in order to sustain the void?

That will be troublesome ... the haul of OH! There it was ... gone ... the gamma ONE? Darky ... or dar Kaye ... that after descent of levity ... it comes down to this ...

We get a drop cloth, put it down, lay the tree on it, then wrap the tree in it. (We also always have a real tree, prefer fir though this year has pine. )

Saves needles getting everywhere

We always did pine. The needles were awful even with something under the tree to catch them. I've never done real myself. Haven't put my artificial up in recent years. We were often away at Christmas when Mrs. M was still working and Little M was in school so it was kind of pointless and I never got back into it afterwards.

Fir is so much nicer in my opinion.

Needles stay on longer and softer
Sap doesn't bother me as much

Either way, love the smell

Potluck tonight with families on our team. Much fun. Lots of food. Parents love my daughter, one of the coaches. I seem to have fooled them that I care about their kids.

Good Saturday morning! The first weekend of the New Year has come. Trees, real or artificial, shedding pine needles or plastic bits of green, soup made for the holidays, continued putting holiday stuff away for the year (some liked that process. I always find it a sad time.) and shifting back to 'normal' life. We take time to gather in spirit round the Coffee Cart for conversation (serious or silly), for support, for connection , and community. This happens with coffee, tea, hot chocolate (the supply is dwindling, so get it while you can), and baked goodies from our Baker. This morning, the Baker has supplied bagels, and various toppings or spreads for them. The tea water is boiling, coffee freshbrewed, bagels toasted to perfection. All are welcome, and everything is ready. Come in and join in!

How much of the infinitely out there ... is mist by those within the baffling wall of fear to get beyond it ...

Thus para Noah ... sometimes Noia (spelt irregularly) ... sheer madness? Word is like that shifty as a disturbed pool ...

Sometimes you can feel it in the head ... sloshing like a john or Jack ... if in Eire ... laying down roots, or Rhodes ... way to get around the place? Thus heh'll have to go ... find a place of accommodation ... and hard lessons!

Heh'll in Semite terms is ה like meme but differing ... as one part of the ladder of DNA ... expect fusion ... healing?

Enough to excite the under struck gods ... carriers?

How ever there is more to it than the absolute can abstract without some ability to look into the self ... pan than on ... are out as undercover? Subtle over the topic of interest of ups and downs ... churns? Disturbing ... the butt EH? Butter ...

Ever wonder about these buttering up terms? Goings on in bis troes ...

Nope. Stop the deceptive language in 2026. It’s stopped being an art form.

I need to check to see what our final number for December was. Nowhere near @Nancy's but still a lot for December is my sense. I have certainly not shovelled this often pre-holidays before that I can recall. Even our big 2010 "snowmeggedon" was packed into three days so we probably had more total accumulation then but the shovelling all happened during that period, not multiple times per week over a month.

New years resolution- I would like to cook more with beans and others- so far, the need for planning ( soaking) was hindering me…thinking about getting an instant pot…
