Oh FFS. I tried to fix the small print several times. Put your glasses on. I'm not trying it again.
It may be considered a rental and renters have rights to the area they are renting. If I was the park's owner, they'd already have been invited to leave. Permanently. No recourse. Just them claiming you were trespassing when they are on property that I own would be enough.
I mentioned lawyering up yesterday. I'd certainly be tempted to find another park and sue both the dog owner and the park. I doubt the dog owner's argument would last long before a judge. We don't allow assault, even on a trespasser.I'd be more apt to sue the park owners for allowing this to possibly continue but that would put a stop to northwinds option to stay there possibly.
True....it's amazing they never checked how the dog was or apologized. And offer to pay vets fees.I mentioned lawyering up yesterday. But I don't think a tenant can claim trespassing if the person is walking past their space using a common throughway. E.g. if I am standing in the hall of the apartment building outside their door talking to someone, they can complain about the noise but that's certainly not trespassing. Trespassing would only apply if I entered their apartment. And even that has limits. The landlord or their representatives can enter with notice given.

Um, what? "Druggies" sounds almost, not quite but almost, worse than aggressive dogs. Hope that lot is out of there by the time you return, if you do. They seem like bad news.Apparently the security guy was busy last night with "druggies".
