Everyone needs happy pants if you ask me..
The best thing to come out of the pandemic is the acceptance of loungewear as outdoor wear.

I bought a sort of lounge pants from Costco. They are so nice. I immediately bought 2 more. When I'm home, I'm usually in them. The are my happy pants.
I managed to say NOTHING when my grandson, wife and three kids set off to the airport in pjs on Sunday after a lovely visit. Times have obviously changed. My mother wouldn't let anyone have breakfast until they were washed, dressed and ready for the day! She dressed before picking up the milk from the front step!!

The past ages reeked of rigidity ... and naked statues in English gardens, elsewhere ... vicarious back yard history?

The mystery of why we forget is something that gets under my skin ... with all the genes you know it has to be somehow entangled ... and the skill of disentanglement, dissociation leaves its toll ... the time of unraveling? Consider Timaeus as T' mace and source of tears ... pas 'n myth about what we know fore shore? N'ute 'n ... on gravity? Gra Vitals ... grits? Thus we mill about ... a gross story really when you look what we've done ... in this space ... rumen?

Could there be something worthwhile under it?? Subtle ... hypo ... th ETicle?

My happy pants are soft, fuzzy sweatpants or PJ bottoms. In summer, I have shorts dedicated for indoor wear.

A comfy pair of shorts is a wonderful thing. They need to be long enough that the back of your legs won't stick to a plastic lawn chair etc

There are two things ... like legs of happy pants:
  1. Search for wealth .... economical concern!
  2. People ... concern for the paradigm!
The paradigm can go to hell says those searching for wealth from whatever level in the paradigm!

This was proven in one of the most powerful of western terms of where we should go ... the vote was for tyranny by considerable force ...

Some find beating down the middle part is a grand game ... Ochre? Is that a card game? Well trumped ...

The cat has hyperthyroidism and is supposed to only eat a special food. If it works, she wouldn’t need to go on medication. So this is the third day to be on it purely- and she doesn’t like it. She is avoiding it at all costs and meows some terribly when I go to the kitchen. I suppose, I have changed her from MacDonalds diet to vegan.
As I am typing this, she has finally made it to the bowl and is eating. Hopefully, because she would be equally terrible to give meds to.

I feel for you, Mrs. A. I have had similar critters. Fortunately, current only critter, the Lucifer hound, will eat anything disguised by local wildflower honey.

Hope you feel better today Jayne. I have a sister-in-law who is so afraid of germs that she avoids many things including time with family. To me, that is sadder than dealing with a virus.

Good morning! Happy pants, health of the cat, family time that's worth it, even if it brings colds to us, for all the other topics, vital and trivial, that arise today; we gather in spirit round the Coffee Cart in the Room to work through it all, to chat, to support, to bear each other up. The coffee is fresh brewed, the tea water boiling, the doughnuts warm from the oven. Come in when you can and join the conversation!
