Room For All

Welcome to Wondercafe2!

A community where we discuss, share, and have some fun together. Join today and become a part of it!

Good morning. It's a sunny day, probably the last for a few days. We enjoyed a campfire with friends yesterday and will probably have another one today. Have a good day everyone

Sunny here, too, but kind of chilly. Suppose to warm up but turn wet tomorrow.

And why oh why does all heck have to break lose at work the week before fiscal year-end?:rolleyes:

Sigh. My boss' father-in-law died yesterday. He was retired and did work for the company on and off, including back when I was starting here, so I did know him. Nice guy. He was also a stalwart (40 years of stewardship they say in the obit) at a local United Church so I will hit them with a memorial donation. I actually attended there once or twice before I knew him.

In happier news (maybe) - it's the season opener for the Blue Jays this afternoon! I'm glad because my Dad likes to watch the Jays, and will occupy a bit of his time & give us something to discuss when I call.

Yeah, the ball fans over on my writing sites are going nuts today. I swear they start getting stir crazy within a couple weeks after the World Series ends.

True. That's usually late October to early November, when in these parts the weather starts turning on us.

I was just reading that hypnotic conditions encompassed a grotesque situation ... thus the need for mortal to be trance-like when encountering inhumane functions!

Those becoming knowledgeable about those in deposed mental states ... would likely prefer the masses to remain unconscious of what the great powers do to the system in ... well; systemic misbehaviour of naivete. How knowledge departs here and goes ... thus preserving intellect in closed cells! They'd be out there ... as light and the lambda is rejected ... expect shadowy conditions!

Few understand because of the state of overwhelming unseen ... will full cognizance of latent nature be embarrassing? It'll come as que'd up anon ... that Que anon hated by many of the Zombies ... serious? Virtue unseen ...

Good morning! Happy Friday! As we recognize private addictions, deal with fiscal year ends, a passing away in the workplace, the start of the baseball season, and the myriad of other topics, let us gather round the Coffee Cart, to find conversation and community. All is ready, come join us (Both my teams pulled out victories yesterday, btw)

And the word of the day is that power demands corruption must be free ... the grab is on leading to a state where nothing is left ... thus turning the tables on the concept that love is nothing ... that's what those left behind get to work with ... so learn to make something of it! Freedom's when it arrives ... then we're off ... more transcendental that you could believe ... imagine floods of sol departing ... as if nothing!

So we have nothing else to ruminate upon ... but bones, etc.

Is there a cluster 've pholk that believe only their leader can make criminality into a pure will? Dispatch the thought ...

This may lead to sustenance of quantum domains ...

It's supposed to be a wet one here today too. We enjoyed another campfire yesterday so I guess it's more of an indoor day today. I have a couple errands today, other than that, I'll be home

Had my toonie lunch for the high school students. Only 13 showed, but it was a different 13 than last time, so I've got a little list going, at least and we made $32.55 for the Women & Children's Crisis Centre. I promised pulled pork in May for our final lunch of the school year. Now I'm waiting for a delivery of sacred herb, and then a nap.

I have another nephew. First of that generation for Chemguy's mom's side of the family.
Will have to see lots of videos and pictures for the newborn stage, we can't visit in their home anyway so figure it's best to wait a while.

I went to the Bodyworksexibit in Halifax with a coworker on Thursday night after work.
Amazing exhibits. It was cold, snowing and windy, so we were almost the only ones there ( only possible in NS with their 1 mio residents). There was a free talk about microbiome at 7 pm. Turns out, a human is clearly outnumbered.
Today, there is a big used book sale at the Lions club. I am still sorting out my own books- but this one is only once a year. I am tempted to go. They also have magazines, games. My sorted out books will go into next years.
It is still / again snowing, though not accumulating on the roads.

Good morning! Happy April, to those who observe it. In rain or sunshine, snow or slush, toonie lunches, and pulled pork, newborn nephews and body works exhibits, (Would Ron DeSantis approve?) we cover it all, chat about it, and celebrate community around the Coffee Cart. Come join in!
