Yep, that tire has definitely seen better days. Hope the CAA cavalry arrives soon. :giggle:

Apparently we're a priority because we're at the side of the highway. She said anywhere from a few minutes to two hours. We're hoping for the shorter timeframe.

Glad you are ok! I have never had a tire blow while I was in a vehicle, seems scary.

Good morning, all! For washing machines and dishwashers that are acting up, for travel (mis)adventures that end up well, for the other curveballs and knuckleballs that seem to come our way, we gather here in the Room for solace and support, and, of course, coffee and tea and more. All is ready, come on in!

Off to see GP and the Cardiologist today to see if I'm fit to whistle ... it appears as follow-up to previous learnings foke do not wish to read or hear thus silence in de NU's ... a great fear or para NU oid ... word is like that to powers that say don't read ... its bad ... thus deteriorating cognates ... iddle be the death of meis ...

I've vanished from other's lives because of the depth I've got into and they disregarded it in their regards ... it had nothing to do with how they related to everything ...

re: washing machine. We have unplugged it several times and for varying amounts of time. My son, who was visiting, stuck a wire down the 'lock' spot, which seemed to sort of help it. We can wash small loads, as long as we are nearby when it starts to sound like a jet airplane taking off. And it doesn't completely spin out because we stop it before it actually takes off! A repair person is coming on Friday, and I suspect we will be told it's time to get a new one. When I looked on line, this brand of washing machine is supposed to last only 14 years! I'm sure my old one, a Kenmore, was used every single day for at least 20 years! I would rather fix things than send them to landfill. But, we shall see.

We are still running a 20+-year-old Frigidaire. Mrs. M wants a warm rinse and almost no machines have that anymore. We have repaired it once. The dryer that we bought with it went out the door maybe 4 years ago. We bought the new one from Costco and they even arranged for disposal of the old one.

Today will involve sloth. We are seeing two pairs of friends - Janet and Harry, and Jan and Harvey. Names will get messed up I'm sure.

We're pretty tired today. Hubby is stiff and I'm sore. My leg has been better lately. It apparently did not like the long drive yesterday.

It will be nice to visit.

I could do with a sloth day, too, but that won't be happening until the weekend. However, in honour Northwind's of day, a sloth.

Good morning! Sun is shining, little breeze is stirring, looks like a nice day. For stories of ancient machines outliving their expected usefulness, for days of rest and sloth, for the myriad of other things that come us, let us join round the coffee cart for conversation and community. All is ready. Come join us.

Got check-ups on general and the ticker ... seems something is awry that they didn't notice because of in attention to the reports on the part of the authorities. That's dedicated misadventure in the position they hold ... is that not so ... in a world that is determined there is no such thing as not so ... thus elimination incarnate concerns ... not carnal and thus beyond norm!

What is part and parcel of authority when they have lost or eliminated it for greater commissions of deletion and denial? Is that nailing the onyx ... as a dark and elusive gem? Can't see it for lack of ... ???? Perhaps curios or father of curiosity and alien interest. One could write something strange about this as a chapter on study of the unknowing, or unknown ... it goes on as if myth ... a peculiar thing in all BS! Could this cause me to die in laughter about those that claim they know all of it and yet something was awry? That would the chuckle going on in the great hall of mercy me ... vast space as a great dark 'ole thing that is difficult to determine and define ... contrary to authorities that are prolific fast breeders?

Due'đ rumps have offspring that appears from the as cis? Imagine one big black one ... mother of god about to sit/set upon us ... life has to be some kind of cruel joke to cak as cosmological humus ... it do fall! ON*us ...

Hu cares? Nobody ... thus gods personality development as nothing the powers would consider as dem things are hard to corrupt ... natural creepers! W/O a leg to stand on according to the OT that is an OB ... that's an expression of old Ba'al ... an bale M they did ... bundles and lumps of Eire ... MS Takes? Bailing is an old escape theory ... just for the psyche if you grasp my grip of the immaterial ... it moves with motif!

Thus Helios O' graphics ... fabric all twisted out of shape ... well wend'd Mac ah ... Maggie in another tradition of hams ... the unsinkable Moll ...

Good morning. Yesterday was a day to visit and relax. Janet and Harry, Jan and Harvey met each other. I didn't mess up names. Then a former coworker came by in the evening. We had a great chat. She validated some of my experiences and added to it. Bullies continue. She's working in a great environment now. Today we move north.

Bull is required somewhere ... thus assigned to earth so as to avoid corrupting heaven's mind!

The reason? It is a vast unknown but does keep a heavenly mind clear of diabolical process ... as pre thought?

That may be fore thunk, dunk, or chunqued ... Isis! It remains flying still ... for it outweighs virtue ... mass eh!

LOL. We have a surfeit of "Daves" at work, two of whom have the same last initial. And guess which stupid ape referenced "Dave (last initial)" in an email this morning instead of spelling it out? :cautious:

How far north are you going? It's been about 17 years since I visited Lesser Slave Lake and Peace River on our way to Yellowknife. It has been 15 years I taught briefly for Northern Lakes College. Grouard has some of the most beautiful sunsets in the world in the summer. the summer. That area was home for me in the mid 1970s.
