A bit bummed this afternoon. Just learned that an employee from one of our branches who just retired a year ago passed away (not Covid, or so it seems). Her husband and brother-in-law both work(ed) for us, too. Her husband is still with us, her b-i-l retired not long ago. She was a nice person to work with and started back when I was still going to branch offices more regularly so that I got to know her. There's a lot of newer people in the branches that I only know by name or maybe voice now that I'm "managing" and have other people doing the day-to-day work.

Bringing German braided Easter bread to the room ( picture off the internet chefkoch website), as my own is almost eaten up ( I shared with the neighbours).

We Brits make a similar bread but with poppy seeds on top. Yum.

Thanks. My stepson gave me the darker yarn for Christmas. I was given a gift certificate for the local yarn store in a spectacular care package. I bought the lighter yarn with it. The co-owner helped me pick that colour. The yarn is lovely.

Greasing with butter is good for the last dance with the French Bread ... brae in food? There's something there besides the doughy matter spiritual intelligence as ghostly? There are those that would deny such contemplations of alien process ... imagine the de capped icons of head men ... sweet bred?

You'd almost think there is more to history ... dub dude mist! Powers will see that the whistlers and hummers go down ... determination personified!
