Very nice @KayTheCurler
Thank you. Making that sort of thing is a lot of fun - and takes up a LOT of time!

Here are my last 2 Blocks. It is sort of like a mystery quilt Pinga. We will make a block a week-each one different and then put them together next Jan. View attachment 2400
Each block is 6.5 inches.
And our snow is rapidly melting.
and Kay you certainly used over 25 pieces!
Glad we could have this social thing at our place, it certainly helped to strengthen the friendship ties.
It does. Almost magical.Yes, breaking bread together does that, doesn't it?
Sounds like a sure sign of spring ChemGal - getting those seeds organized & sprouting!Today is the first day I really felt clear headed in quite some time.
And yet I somehow managed to not get out of the house - while looking up how late the garden center was open, it was actually closing. haha tomorrow!
I did get 1 of my 2 seed orders in the mail today. Decided to start some tomatoes, I was just going to do 2 tomato varieties for now but I ended up setting up 7 varieties on paper towel - all my cherries plus the longest days to maturity type that I have - sister's request.
Many offices do this so the staff can get some work done without phone interruptions. Phones are only answered at certain times of day. Even our church office did this at times.1. What is with clinics that do not turn on their phones? 2nd clinic where this has been an issue, it sounds like the clinic is closed when they are open.
Do you mean that their ID was not available when they called you? If so - that's also quite common - can be a confidentiality issue. "Why is Dr. So & So calling YOU??" somebody else in the house may ask.2. What is with clinics that screen out certain types of calls? Landline was set up so caller ID doesn't show up, they screen that out.
I think they honestly just forgot, especially as I've been told that calling first thing is a good thing. At the former clinic they certainly forgot as when I was there they insisted the phone was on, but they didn't find it odd there were no calls. I had to put my phone on speaker to show them I couldn't get through and they still didn't believe me - they had to then check with their cell, sure enough, not on.Sounds like a busy day for you ChemGal - glad you're home - hopefully relaxing.
