First time. We've driven the New York State Thruway a couple times going to New England but never been up in the area near the border, hence this trip.

We had beautiful colours last week - although not quite as bright as some years. The dry weather in August and September caused some leaves to dry oout and turn brown rather than red orange and yellow. Rains came a bit late to revive them. And this week the winds are blowing them off. Peak season is past (the ocasional beautiful tree in full colour really stands out.)

Well, although I did procrastinate a bit this weekend with bing watching of Netflix binge watching, I got a bunch done too.
Did some training, registered for a course, got a urine test done in Amherst, NY, got some finances done, had a family dinner, did volunteer work and went to church

So hoping I can continue to make progress on backlog

Here I am. She was booked for C Section for 12:15 but there was a delay and the babe was born

between 3 and 4.

Girl ......KAYA CAPRI...... 7lbs 13 oz. Mother, Dad and baby doing fine.
