When the marrow in the bones is damaged ... the bones of the story take a while to get core values back into shape ... and most would pick out a happy story albeit the equity of man as collective is shot full of holes ...

Pinga...You are so used to being so full of energy. This has been hard on your mind, but also your emotions. Keep taking good care of both!

I don't suffer well at all. I just spent 6 hours during the night with the flu. While I was feeling sorry, angry, sick, I couldn't help but think of all the real suffering in the world. I'm such a wimp.

aaah, nancy, i think we often rise to the load we get. I have had some flu's where i am just miserable, and other times, when I seem to be able to handle stuff.

hope you are feeling better soon.

ps...as others remind me, sleep is the best way to heal so take care of yourself, drink lots of fluids and get sleep

I meant to say hard on your body and emotions. But maybe I said it right after all! There is a little separation between the knowing part and the feeling part. So take care of all three: body, mind and emotions.

And a new day has dawned - sunny but cold where I am, but I've had a bountiful breakfast, watched a news clip on CBS Sunday Morning about a trip my cousin took to South Korea in May of this year - to honour his father who was a US air pilot lost in the Korean War, and now I'm going to head outside for a while for some fresh air & exercise amidst the fallen leaves. What will you be doing today my friends?

It's sunny out and 8 degrees. I'll take a walk before church and then go back at 3pm for a concatenating service with our new minister followed by a potluck supper. I cooked the turkey I didn't use at Thanksgiving.

Attended worship at my Baptist church ⛪ this morning, now headed to my Chinese Alliance church ⛪ to teach Children's Ministry - today I'll facilitate the Grade 4s in discovering the Tower of Babel. We'll be building our own ziggurat :)

Went to church and turned the sound up to serve the purposes of a deaf person who believes there is something is wrong with the audio system even though it is painful to much of the community.

I must wear ear plugs or depart from this dead beat that believes her pain is due to other peoples shortfalls ...

It's a company day today.

My brother & sister-in-law are stopping here on their way to some vacation. They are visiting everyone, so will visit us, then head over to visit nieces and their families before heading back this way. Good to catch up and see them.

My other sister-in-law also was visiting for a bit. Good to catch up with her as well. Lots going on in their lives.

On the negative side, the new dishwasher seems to not be happy about draining...not good. It has a smart sensor and so now working to figure out the root cause.

It is a simply beautiful fall day. Sky is blue and most of the leaves are down. Norway maples are bare. Red maple has leaves still though many down. Catalpa has now dropped leaves. Oak is still holding leaves, but it will hold some through the winter.

I read a mystery yesterday and was working on another one before company arrived.

Ha ha Instead of reading mysteries you now have a real mystery to solve. Why won't your dishwasher drain?(n)

Once out dishwasher had kidney stones ... possibly due to overdose of vitamin C ... I won't go into detail about such metabolism into oxalic acid ... a relation of noxious ... once dropped out it won't go way ...

These are things healers don't wish to know they were mistaken about ... so don't tell ... but a good owl is good in the passing to indicate your sadomasochistic pain in the pleasure of learning ... it may be sublime in those with ridiculous traits towards immediate pleasures without the work up towit/tuit in a circular laps of rendering!

Do you know anyone that pays attention to lexis ... it is just not praxis ... thus we don't know where the*sore*as's ... that's as and not is liked! If you like it focus on the neighbours ayes and nays ... although they may blanket underlying feelings that have been guided by twisted powerful pa tree arches ... forming shadows ... thus Nous Ron al stretches ... from God knows where ... an absolute unknown? What happens when intelligence is based on nothing ... butte love? When you see it going ... it goes on and on ... like or as a sad song?

It's been busy here. My sister and nephew are home now. She was in labour for quite a while and the delivery was not easy, she was literally seconds away from having a C section. Both required some medical intervention after the delivery but recovered quickly. Scared my brother in law pretty badly and he was surprised by the turn around time, in a good way.
I've had a fair bit of newborn cuddling, hope to get some more in but I'll probably give them a few days. My parents just left here, should be arriving there soon for a visit and they will drive home later today.
