We have been to that festival but not for a few years now. Very fun and family friendly as I rememberSuch good memories of Goderich and the Celtic festival. I'm glad it still continues.
That sounds lovely. It's an annual event!
Not sure if the station restaurant was there when you were last there, but they brought the old train station in the town, down the long and winding hill to the beach and created a restaurant out of it, very close to the water. Lovely patio and inside.

Sorry to hear this news.I am lying in my sister's hospital room on a pullout couch.
I can now share she has guillain-barre syndrome
Mrs. M has a dish she does with eggplant and zuccini. The recipe called it Sicilian but she's put some Chinese twists on it as she is prone to doing. Have not had it in a while, though. If they are too big for ratatouille, though, probably too much for it as well. So, yesterday, I had delivered to me two over-large zucchini. Too large to use for ratatouille, I don't need a lot of zucchini loaf around the house. So, found a recipe for zucchini patties/pancakes. Gonna try those.
I freeze it for muffins in the winter
