I just sat down and opened my gift from
@Spirit Wind 7 . I am blown away by it.
First, the wrapping was lovely and smart. The present looked lovely under the tree.
When I opened it, Spiritwind7 had cleverly used ziplock bags, little christmas gift bags and tissue, meaning hardly any wastage, and the packaging is reusable.
The first parcel that I opened was a book by Anne McCaffrey - one that SW7 had read and enjoyed. Well, Anne McCaffrey is one of my favourite authors and I have not read this book. I am so looking forward to reading it.
There was a note explaining the gifts, and wishing blessings, and a lovely handmade card with good wishes inside.
Next, I opened a small parcel which was cards made by Spiritwind7 with images of hers. They are beautiful. Creative. Perfect.
A package of chocolate peppermint bark looks yummy.
The next series of packages will be useful when curled up on the couch reading my book. A package of cocoa, and two spoons dipped in chocolate. The smell of that package when I opened each of the spoons was to die for...yumm.
The note had said some assembly required, and sure enough, there is a wooden ornament to put together. I love ornaments tha have memory and story, so this is perfect for my tree.
Lastly, I opened a long narrow gift, which turned out to be two metal straws, one straight, one bent, and the cleaner for them.
I do not know how she did all this.
Thank-you
