And in Bali not only are they dealing with the Virus --they had a 6.4 earth quake today besides -----

An earthquake of magnitude 6.4 struck south of Bali, Indonesia,

And in parts of the USA Blizzards are coming Fri ---along with dealing with the covid19
 
Unsafe and PG13's gleeful apocalyptic cheerleading just reminded me...To all, if you are bored I recommend Marc Maron's stand-up special on Netflix. It's offensive as much as George Carlin was offensive in his hey-day...or Lenny Bruce. Warning...some might find parts of it very offensive but maybe you can handle it and get the overall point without wilting. It's called, aptly, "End Times Fun"... And it was made before this COVID stuff happened.

you don t need to rely of Greta. She is just a consumer of info

look to experts, people who have front line info

for most of us this won’t be a big deal. For the vulnerable in our societies it will be terrible. As considerate Canadians we have to do what is required to support the vulnerable

whether teenagers agree or not

on a positive note, Greta has influence with teens so hopefully it will register that they should stop parties and spring break festivities

Well, I disagree with you. She's more intelligent than both of us, and she's just following the same recommendations as the majority of authorities...which isn't like her. So I trust her sense of their recommendations more than your sense or just about any other common everyday person's, or media's, these days.

The point you should be getting from that is, that I take her word for it that it's necessary, and at least I'm complying.

It's true. I am skeptical of this and I think she's smarter than most adults have been about looking after the worlds future, for 50 years. It was about bloody time she came along because most of us were dazed. So, if she thinks this is a big deal and we need to follow instructions, then I believe she's probably right.

"They" like to keep us distracted, too busy being busy, and dumb.

I'm confused as to why you're so distrustful of the experts but will believe a child on this, but whatever helps you I guess.

There are stats kept on things, although some certainly do get lumped together. Again, the concern here is with healthcare. If we have a bunch of people seriously sick with something, even a small overall number of the population, that also affects rates of whether people survive other things.
 
It is time to cast off the knowledge of good and evil. In this way giving ourselves in trust to the one being of which each are a manifestation. Difference must be reconciled and unity achieved. This not by the coercion of law but by the liberty of faith. I suspect the initiative will come from among the young.

Because she understands the times we're living in and the injustice done to youth, to the future of the planet, over decades. She has wisdom not just "expert opinion". Though, I'll believe the experts that she believes. That kid's not naive.

I've probably been a little stupid as far as being around people. A few of us go for coffee at the local grocery store on Friday afternoons. There's a nice little cafe there. I decided to pick up a few things while I was there. The place was packed. I won't do that again. I just saw the results of my latest bloodwork (yesterday) I need to feed my introvert more and only socialize outside. Thankfully we can go on great hikes in the area. Today was marvelous.
