I read an article about COVID being related to RA Syndrome ... forget where ... I read so much that I forget the source here ... thus source errs but imbedded somewhere if you are into warp and ripple machines ... these too may fold in a heap!

Temporal fabrications ... because folk didn't wish to know the punch line ...

I had it on one shoulder, and the opposite forearm - the most unusual itchy patches anyway. It looked like hives which is unusual for me. And it was a painful type of itch. I get mild eczema or contact dermatitis (skin sensitivity to products occasionally) from time to time - have for decades. And “sweat bumps” (it’s a particular type of eczema - dishydrotic?) on my hands when really stressed - since I was about 11. That’s annoying but this was pretty severe, for me.

@Kimmio Laughterlove from what I understand it can take a long time to recover from even milder cases of covid. Here's hoping you're just taking longer to recover.
I tested negative after a week. My mom also had it mild but now feels constant fatigue. And she had a rash this summer come to think of it. She thought it was dust mites and cleaned the mattress. Maybe there’s something to the rash thing. We both have skin sensitivity - both my parents do. But also, as a doctor said through looking at photos - it’s hard to tell. It was the heat of summer too - lots of mosquitos this year. The itchy rash went away but left faint scars, slowly disappearing. No new rashes since, just fatigue and musculoskeletal pain.

Covid-19 is a virus unlike almost any other virus we have known and we are still learning about the many ways it affects different people. Covid-19 brain or brain fog is real and affects many people. Shelagh Rogers on CBC said it is making it hard for her to read. Her work is reading books and interviewing writers.

It seems to me that the spike proteins must have a variety of secondary effects in the body. From my biochemistry and microbiology learning from the 60s, I guess that the shapes of the proteins where they bind to each other must also be able to bind to certain sites critical to some body functions, disrupting those functions.

If you've had Covid, you wont need a vaccine for 3 months after a negative test. Apparently they figure you have natural immunity for that long.

I had to wait until mid September to get my fourth booster because I had Covid in Mid June.
Yeah we are in a holding pattern for the same reason. OTOH, we are taking advantage of our apparent 3 months of immunity by doing some traveling and generally enjoying life a bit more.

Not a huge shock but disappointing to see as it worked quite well with the early Omicron strains, unlike the antibody treatment (not used as prevention) that was dropped here months ago, I don't even recall the name.

Still Evusheld seems to be useful now but hard to judge when it won't work well enough to be worthwhile for the majority of the virus that's circulating..

Well got my appointment for...#4 i think?
And man how much has changed in me since the last time

I found it more confusing
Even anxiety inducing
I didnt understand the 3 differwnt types

My dad was able to help

That was a strange reaction

Like a trigger?
Bizarre

But it will be closer this time
At an actual chemist
Haven't been to that building in DECADES
But...

I’m just thinking that I’m still not an atheist - because God/ the Universe just seems to test me with circumstances everytime I want to be. It’s not really fair but it is what it is.
