I'm a bit disappointed in Always a Witch. With how it started I feel like it could have been a really good show. It's been a bit dumbed down from it's potential. I'm only 3 episodes in.

My favorite show is Mr Monk. Not on Netflix but available through the internet. A bit like Columbo in that the main character has weird behaviors and is always underestimated in his abilities, which includes memorizing absolutely everything.

I watched “Heal” today. Interesting. I was afraid that it will fully go into the direction of suggesting to heal everything with your mind and not use medicine at all, but they did not do that. Though some parts are questionnable. I think it is worth watching.

I don't think the Medical Medium deserves any more attention. On principle, won't watch it.

It is something to think over ... like applying some vegetable paste behind the ears ... aspirin for an earache? Perhaps the pain of hearing truth ... something to hear alternately as fey gum of lies and wandering off to figure out what was not right by elite rites!

To know how wee gnomes are shafted by those that know no beta in use ...

We cancelled most of our satellite, so I have been looking at opens.
Checking out CBC gem, and discovered "Pure"
It's a cbc drama about Mennonites and mennonite mob.
First episode is quite good.

Watched “ Lion” tonight- very good movie about a real story of an Indian kid getting lost in India and then adopted by Australians, searching for his family of origin after 25 yrs. One of my quaker friends has a Priest friend in India who is doing street work with kids around railway stations, often kids getting lost, or street kids. Very realistic story.

I didn't realize that you could download netflix.
With our less than stellar rural internet, we have a couple of things
1. we no longer have unlimited downloads. This is challenging. Being able to download from other locations is a good thing.
2. There are delays/lags when watching streamed videos. being able to download to watch later, means that the lags are experienced during the download, not when watching. again stellar.

I am seriously considering jettisoning NF for Prime. Good Omens is looking like it will be sooooo good. OTOH, I have a second Amazon account that I have never done a Prime trial on so if I time things right...

Plug for the integrity of Amazon Prime. Signed up for free trial to get fee shipping for something. Cancelled it when I remembered about it via my cc statement. Cancelled immediately, easily, got a proportional refund.
