Fall, when we've survived another summer's heat but before we have to worry about boots and snow tires and winter storms.
Fall, the most beautiful scenery in Eastern Canada.
Fall, when our gardens are harvested and our larders full with vegetables (and maybe some venison)
Fall, when everything starts up again - schools and universities, bowling leagues, dance clubs, activities that took the summer off.
Fall, when friends and neighbours return from the cottage.
