If a spice is going to bother you, probably even a small amount will be a issue...I would think spice blends would be the worst.

Not necessarily, it can be like many of my other triggers, like exercise. Moderation is ok, my moderation might be less than others'. If it was an allergy it would be different.

My brother gave me a pedometer watch and I am averaging 12000 steps a day. Today did 19000 steps which was 15 kms. Maybe I will last through winter if I keep moving.
