Lunch today at Subway. 930 calorie! And hère I thought it would Be Heather than Kentucky Friedrich Chien .

They were pretty tasty today! This wisdom teeth extraction thing could be a good diet method though - it took me a very long time to eat them!

I really don't do well on veggie diets. I think I need to start being more careful that way, I'm getting pretty light-headed at times. I don't think the oxo cubes for the beef dip juice count as a great source. I had 2 eggs last night, will do again tonight.

Any ideas for me? Ground beef/turkey/etc would be too likely to get stuck. I could do real broth, but beyond that I dunno. I tried to plan for this ahead of time, but eggs were all that I could come up with, and I dunno how well I get nutrients from them.

I had a big Keg steak dinner for my last pre-surgery meal. My Mom was amused by that, but I'm glad I had such a high cal/high iron/high B12 meal I think I would be worse without that.

How about some nice, soft whitefish, asks this pescetarian.

Doctors Ben and Jerry prescribe ice cream. It has protein, tastes great, and goes down easy when recovering from wisdom teeth extraction.

I can't have any animal from the water - allergies.
I have been eating frozen yogurt and real yogurt. I figure with my lactose intolerance those are slightly better options!

I could live well just on hoofprints frozen yogurt.
Just had supper in a Tunisian restaurant. I once spent a week there, but never had any Tunisian food. Now, I'm grateful I didn't.
