I haven't made the crisps with rhubarb or raspberries before so this should be interesting.

Oh, rhubarb or rhubarb and strawberries make a great crisp or pie. My mother had a clump of rhubarb so we got a couple every summer.

I freeze it and a slice (1/4 of the pie or 1/6th of the crisp) is a meal for me - since it's just nuts and fruit...I have no trouble at all eating food

That's weird...I just noticed that I somehow managed a double post. Rhubarb crisp recipe needs tweaking - it didn't really turn out

LAST...acupuncturist is no longer confused - after I gave a LONG lament today - I'm still a "damp" but it seems I have EXCESS internal heat that needs cooled off so he added a needle in the very top of my spine...fingers crossed
