I'm sitting in my comfy chair enjoying the less hot part of the day. At 27 or so, it's still quite pleasant

We are only hitting 26 today, but it's muggy as there is a system approaching with a metric f-ton of rain. Special weather statement has been issued suggesting 60mm is possible.

No rain forecasted here for the foreseeable future - which is too bad as we could use it (not 60 mm worth but some)

We're forecast to hit 40 here from Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday. Some apps are saying above 40. I figure this is helping me acclimatize to Ontario. Heat first then add humidity

We're ONLY to be 32 or 34 but you add humidity and that will be brutal for this area.

Yeah, the heat wave is coming, I think BC is getting it a little bit earlier first. Not looking forward to that. I like 20s, and with a nice cool breeze at night.

We too have predictions of increasing heat. Neither of us enjoy really high temperatures so that is a bit of a downer. A grandude is having a Grad BBQ on the the day that is predicted to be into the 40's. Add to that the fact that it will be a big gathering (we haven't done even small gatherings for a year), and that many of the attendees are unvaccinated, and my stress level rises. There is much pressure from our daughter, who makes a point of reminding us that his other grandparent will attend (implying that she 'loves' the young man more we do). Family life gets really challenging sometimes!
