Yeah, finishing the concert with Nessu Dorma was sorta brilliant.

Netrebco has such an effortless voice. I'm really looking forward to hearing her Turandot debut in the fall at the Met.

Epic win! The guy who brings the papers to me is in the community roughly half an hour away and he just called to see where he could get copies of the paper (closer than driving all the way here to get from me though that may be what he has to do) as he wants to give a copy to each of the mothers at church tomorrow...wow!

Sigh...we're on the news again...but they said the name of the community was "Minor" What is the point of a doz or more RCMP on site if they can't actually shut it down???? Newscast said the protest was from 1-4 pm so is over...Ha!...it's been going since Thursday afternoon and isn't over yet.

The restaurant downtown is great - not only is the food great and service wonderful, she is following all the rules to make sure she stays in business.

There's one near us that we liked. Apparently they were shut down because the owner wasn't following the covid restrictions. Apparently he doesn't believe in covid. We won't be returning anytime soon.

Dos it have Kitchen in the name? Typically if we need a stop it's done in Gasoline Alley, I do like the Donut Mill. Would could try something different though.

BTW, they have found exoplanets orbiting binary stars so Tatooine is actually possible. Whether it is portrayed accurately is another issue, but it is possible on paper.
