A day with no medical appointments, how long will this last...until about noon tomorrow.![]()
That came out pretty well. I should start commissioning you to do cover images for my stories. When I finally write some again.Painting from virtual Hawaii retreat is complete! I can't believe I actually painted a woman looking over her shoulder20x24 - which is also the largest canvas I've ever painted on. I'm pretty darn amazed and impressed with myself! (unfortunately, the glitter doesn't all show up)

Another sign that the times are a changin'. In my childhood uniforms were sold, or given to another child. Some were a very pale version of the original colour- with variegated bands around the hem from being put up and taken down. In the UK the uniforms didn't seem to change from 1910 until some time in the'60's. In my childhood they were like mens' shirts in little girl length with the long detested breast pockets! These were to be stuffed with a notebook, pencil, money for a phone call, a hankie etc.etc..Nah, most people toss them![]()
Alas, they seem to change the uniform every few years so it is getting harder and harder to pass onto other girls. It was amazing how much you could stuff into those pocketsAnother sign that the times are a changin'. In my childhood uniforms were sold, or given to another child. Nobody noticed? The young man is wearing a cloth mask with a comment on it. Those weren't around in December. If you ever need a little cheering up, this account is fun. I found it on my internet travels. It’s dedicated to rescue dogs.
I find one thing about this photo/ post a bit mysterious. Can you spot it?
Who will solve the mystery, at LAST?

I don't follow We Rate Dogs but my brother and sister-in-law do so I sometimes see them retweeting or replying to them. In fact, sis-in-law replied to that one.
