Well, speaking of disappointing arrivals, today an on-line order arrived. Badly, only half there, I can try to complain, but I think it highly unlikely that I'm going to get the special shampoo to go with the special conditioner...

Bummer. Did you have to pay for it anyway?
 
Oh, yeah. I wouldn't have cared if I'd only been billed for what I received. But it's the U.S., it was through Walmart, and I have no hope that it will go well.
 
One thing I will say for Amazon is that they have customer service down to a tee. Never had a problem dealing with a problem with them. Too bad they treat their employees like s**t. It is the one tech company Little M has vowed never to work for.
 
I've found Walmart to be really quite good to work with. I haven't had an issue from an outside company, but Walmart has taken an item for a return without a problem. Hopefully you get refunded at least.
