Woke up this morning to find the street and the sidewalk already plowed. It doesn't usually happen this quickly.

At first glance it looks like we just have a skiff of snow.

@Tabitha one of the meetings today is to work out a deal with a local outfit - if it goes through, Kisser will be in my area more in the future. (fingers crossed)

A local radio station has a contest, to win which one must pick the date that the first snowfall of 10 cm's or more happens. So far this season, no one has won.

Kisser knocked on my window just after 8:00 and I snuck him in :):love::love::love::love:...he just left. The LAST thing I expected was to see him.

I guess this means you have put aside your knitting for now

I am working on a scarf for the next mitten tree. . . using a very simple pattern but enjoying it.
Row 1: K to end
Row 2: P1 (K1 P1) to end.

The front and back are not identical but they are both attractive.

Sounds like a neat pattern. What colour are you doing it in?

It's Red Heart Soft yarn and think the colour is sea green. It's a pretty shade.

I forgot to say that I am starting Row 2 with S1K2 and ending with K3. For an edging to the pattern.

Slipping Knitwise, that is. I have made other items slipping the first stitch Purlwise. I like the effect either way but the two edges are quite different.

There. That's the LAST I have to say about my knitting just now.

You'll have to post a picture when you are done
