Okay, soap few ours after taking the meds, my foot feels little better. Thanking Jesus. Stills Lon way to go but yes, better.
 
BethAnne and Jae, hopefully you'll be better tomorrow.

I'm feeling ok today, but I think I'm going to be resting a bit too. Between Costco and buying some needed things at the mall yesterday I think having a busy day today would be pushing it.

Ave just wakeup grimace long nap. Foot feelings little better, but not by much. Supposed to preach August 9, texted the Senior Pastor today, suggesting finds alternative guest speaker. E was gracious and aided pray for means we could rescheduled my next preaching. Meanwhile, my boas been hardening today.
 
Hoping things get better soon for Jae and BethAnne and take care too ChemGal. I seem to be the only one having a good weekend. Went on a 79 km bike ride yesterday and followed up with an 80km ride today and will be on the bike tomorrow riding to the west side of town to take in the tour de Bowness street fair and bicycle races. And will have lots to think about after a splendid sermon this morning by Rev. Danielle. Oh and by the way I'm last.
 
Tanks you. I'm sick (gouted) but I've ad a great weekend. Got to spend time wit people I love. Got to eat at my favorite restaurant. Got to dine on lobster, bulgogi, and mom's homemade cookies. Got to spend time by re ocean and see some magnificent sunsets. Got to see some fireworks tonight. I'm an appt man all told.

Are to leave northern NB, a place so dear to my earth, but we are eased back one to Toronto today. My yobo as to work tomorrow migration, my middle son Te day after, and scoop starts for me next Monday. Time keeps on flowers like a river into re future.
 
Remember a few weeks back I had a DVD disappear in my laptop? I found it at LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Somehow it got between the drive and laptop case...I managed to pull it out and now it can be returned to the library. 1 less item of stress in my life! (y)
