Have to have a doctor's note and the one I did see - before I realized how sick I was - didn't see anything wrong so couldn't get a note.
 
Not really :)

Regressed a bit without acupuncture for the past 6 months...blood is much WORSE :( Off the supplements for now and on something for inflammation...go back in 6 or 7 weeks.
 
I think I was the LAST to get home. I had a refugee team meeting tonight. Tis a week of meetings at the church. I'm there tomorrow, twice Wednesday, Thursday.
 
For some reason I am not always seeing new posts here until I refresh the page three or four times...weird.
 
Watching the LAST "So You Think You Can Dance" of the season. Some pretty wicked dancing. I have my favourite though all the finalists are awesome.
 
I did go to bed early but a loud crash outside woke me...wild wind gusts right now...and mom is concerned as she heard it's to snow tonight/tomorrow.
