The Mods have chosen to reject private communications from me enough times in the past (unfairly imho) that I have zero confidence about contacting them privately again.

Fine, but your beefs with the mods don't belong in here. I did give two suggested courses of action.

I'm last now. Just finished talking with my sister on the phone. Now I'm going to see what is on Netflix and continue knitting the throw.

Cats do silly things. We had one who hid from us on the top of the kitchen cupboards & sat there watching us with her chin on her paws for the longest time.

Cats definitely prefer heights. LAST, after a busy afternoon of catering to critter needs.

(Our "Conversations that Matter" around gender and sexuality was well-attended and very successful. We had a great and lively discussion about what to do about bathroom signage.)

I looked after a cat once that wouldn't come out until I was getting up from a chair and then - no matter how far away she was - managed to trip me as I took a step.

Just discovered I have the wrong size yarn that I just picked up for a future project  Must have misread the pattern somehow...on the plus side, I can use it for a different project that I wasn't planning on doing yet, on the not-so-plus side, that means I still need to get yarn for the project I wanted to do originally.

Cats can be real a**holes like that. It was a grey cat in a hallway at dusk that caused my most recent upset. Fortunately, she emerged unscathed. I've had all three of my alt health practitioners (Chiro, DCM, RMT) working on me this week in an effort to return me to unscathed condition.

Have heard of cats who are ankle biters. Some of them particularly like to torment people who are nervous of cats.

Kind of makes you wonder why we like the species so much. :D
