Last Meal

I am aware of someone who arranged for their death this last week. It was the sister of an acquaintance.
I wonder what her last meal was because of this thread.
I know that she had a party, and was celebrating, singing, having fun, lots of joy for the life she had had.

I think that is what I would want.

What do you mean, "arranged for her death?"

Jessie, or no, still think I want sushi for my last meal. Just before she moved to hospice, she was in the local hospital, and called me for a sushi meal. I ordered and picked up from our fav place, we shared with a bunch of people, and it was a lot of fun. I think that "fun" and "sharing" might be integral parts of a last meal. Dear Godde, I miss her.

Cook the fiddleheads well ... because of all the crap that came down the river ... we are not told anything about neigh phesh and its corruption ... resulting from cutting through the mure'd waters ... knife-ish?

This edge appears to reside where people gather ... which edge is greater ... some believe war instead of understanding what is little understood ... heaps of word! Pile IT on ... and I shall read even moor ... quarto murs? Nothing but 4 walls ...

Luce, they have fiddleheads at the Coop - picked along the streams in the Keswick area - not the flooded St. John. But at $4.99 a pound I don't think I'll be having fiddleheads this year. If I was up in Juniper I could probably get some from the headwaters of the Miramichi. But it's probably a short season this year and may be the first year since we returned to NB that we don't have at least one feed of fresh fiddleheads.

Who's Jessie?

I dont' want to like that....but, i do like the sentiment, the sushi club, and i remember how much she meant to you.
thinking a trip to barrie for sushi on a friday would be a good road trip this summer.

I didn't know whether to "like" it or not.

I like that @BetteTheRed had/has good friends, and that they enjoyed good food and times together.
