False Religions... thwart discovering knowledge of True Religion?

Shouldn't this have been my post?

Carl Sagan wrote the following concerning the question of atheism, God, and science:

An [dogmatic] atheist is someone who is certain that God does not exist, someone who has compelling evidence against the existence of God. I know of no such compelling evidence. Because God can be relegated to remote times and places and to ultimate causes, we would have to know a great deal more about the universe than we do now to be sure that no such God exists…." ²

"It is error only, and not truth, that shrinks from inquiry." Thomas Paine

"Belief in a cruel god makes a cruel man." Thomas Paine

"In Deism our reason and our belief are happily united" Thomas Paine

"Every person is accountable for themselves" Elihu Palmer

Seems to me it should be fairly easy to spot a false religion.
Would they not be the ones who:
  • deny the truth even when shown they are wrong?
  • call judgement and condemnation love?
  • bind others to rules that they don't keep themselves?
  • refuse knowledge with a stiff neck?
There are lots of ways :)
The same is true when you replace the word religion with the word authority (government)

true religion
too bad 99% of humanity has had false religion...
but eventually, we get it right, after trying everything else
hope we don't lose this by giving in to the urge of romanticism

It is said that Utilitarianism and humanitarianism is affiliated with logic ... is this too reasonable for emotional romantics that have lost Q'loos?

I myself wouldn't know as I am humbled by a religious law that allows me to know nothing ... and yet Utopia was said to be "nowhere" so is it best to be lost to an emotional domain? Would this allow knowhow in the midst of nothing as a media of support?

chansen,

A' Post Trophy ... IHC? This is a winning sense of awareness of manifestations ... things that aren't as they appear ... like reality with holes to place the nowhere of Utopia ... and thus realists can't see eM and thus the unseen portion of the abstract!

Thats' just the way it is .. or isn't if you choose not ... others just don't get the sense of choice of caring about those you don't know and thus Classi8c Philosophers drift off ... lost in that outer ring of thought!

i am amazed and gobstopped that we humans created this
now we can finally be able to try to drain the bitter pond
and collectively uplift humanity
for once in our history
(always wary of the anti-humanists & the oligarchs & vagaries of nature)

Vagaries! Is this like forces unseen ... feint powers?

Such is the way in a blaze of emotions ... occipital burnout?
