No, I think I have it about right. With Christianity, that right is given to them by God, and mostly just for possessing devotion to the Church and the adoration, worship and love of God through Christ, Jesus, the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity. Is that not entirely correct?

The difference between "True" religion and "False" religion probably depends more on where one is standing at any moment.

That said, false religion is as much an impediment to true religion as counterfeit currency is to authentic currency. It might be difficult to discern between that which is false/counterfeit and true/authentic. It wouldn't be impossible.
