I give thanks to the Abishek service

Most of it is in Hindi

Lots of music

The Holy Spirit is there

And today celebrating Mothers

Every mother who wanted to got up and spoke or sang

It was beautiful and moving

And after a FEAST! Of Properly Yummy Food with Flavour :3

A wonderful blessed congregation :3

Are mummies a sign of silence until they explode ... out of here? May be an myth in jibe ... Egyptian? The wind change operation ...

There are corrupt powers that do not expect reciprocation as natural ... thus intellect follows desires to observe what was previously oblivious (formerly known as subtle, sub dude). So the myth goes on that mortals know something ... those that realize this may gather something ... and emotional content diminishes ... it is how it goes ... in a bottom land where things are unbalanced ... stuff comes up!

I give thanks this day for sons who are able to show their inner strength and gifts.

For doctors, specialists who use their litany of skills to help a physical body come back from the brink

For chemists, pharmacists who bring an array of meds to resolve big and little health concerns

For nurses, who train nurses, who work together to provide care and share information to care team

For housekeeping, who keep the room clean and provide a smile.

For physio and OT that provide the tools and evaluate capabilities

For psws who understand and help someone do their own personal care

For those who read and do all the imaging.

For those who read and do all the bloodwork, especially the "vampires" that you cannot even feel them take the blood.

For dieticians who listen to what a loved one might eat and provide an array of foods time after time until finally food can be eaten

For ER triage nurses who go about their job after seeing some startling vitals, making things happen quickly but orderly

For friends who respond to an urgent request, with info requested, but then arrive at doorstep with a big dish of soup, buns and salad, and later with a hug at the hospital.

So many opportunities for thanks in trying times

Is inner strength innate and some powers tossed that making it a disposed extant power!

Thus BS disposition and dispossession as all is lost! So it goes to produce sum zero ... ʃo !

A big thanks for two positive doctors' appointments for husband: PSA of 0 and the beginning of cutting back on some drugs. We celebrated by going out for supper tonight. I think he surprised the urologist, who didn't foresee this positive result.

i am thankful for getting to meet adrian dix on this beautiful sunny and warm day

cbc and ctv and citytv were there

i even acciderendipitously walked in front of a camera

and i shook his hand, introducing myself as no one important, and thanking him for his service and saying it must be stressful being at such a high leveland everyone hating him

he shook his head an chuckled saying no one hates him :3

seems like an ordinary man :3

DIX???? Can that be misspelt or just mispronounced? Thus DOX 'd ...

Read the other way X OD ... unknown zero domain ... and there we come down ... like nothing to ide!

Ide is the primal power on how it starts with nothing ... nothing to fiddle with because of the onus! Get serial ... bread in bunching ... knead?

I am thankful for the remains of my old gardens in the back. Much of the back is swamped with hops, garlic mustard, burdock, stinging nettles and Virginia creeper. BUT, I managed to harvest a few cups of good rhubarb loaf, and lots of spearmint and common mint for my couscous salad.

We have two kinds of mint growing in our yard. One has a harsh edge to its taste and one has a smoother taste. Is the first one common mint and the second spearmint?

We give thanks for all that remains of us ... and whatever is the last to go ... breath deeply of your stinking thoughts!

We are taught in love that thoughts are interfering ... and we do this unconsciously ... followed by denying there is not unconscious device in literature ...

Slick as if out of an olive country ... slick spirit that mother ... enough to swell an aye ...

The two I'm talking about have pretty similar tastes, to my palate anyway. The spearmint has a larger leaf, slightly lighter green, with a bit of a ruffle on the edge, and a solid green stem. The one I call "common mint", has smoother leaves, and stems that are an almost chocolate-y purple, particularly at the bottom.

The harsher flavoured mint has pointed leaves and the other mint has a more rounded tip and is a darker green.

Would you mind posting pics for me, jim? There's A LOT of different mints out there, so I'd love to compare what we're talking about.

Only if it's easy for you.

A lady produced a mint for our plant sale that she called an orange mint. Should have grabbed a corner of that, LOL.

And reading your description again, Jim, I'm guessing that your harsher mint might be spearmint, the smoother one "peppermint", "chocolate mint", "common mint", which might be almost the same thing.

Thankful for getting to experience a whole thicket of multiple heron dwelling nests

They were so CHATTY

(local signs warns against parking nearby lol)

And today is Italian Days where a vast swathe of a city street is cut off of cars. Humanity celebrating. Good food, music, rainbows and everything

Also thanks to the Muslims who tried to convert me by getting me into a logical dilemma with only 2 answers, one of which is wrong
